This hotel was very conveniently located to banks, public transport, restaurants, etc. - everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Every single member of the staff we encountered - from the front desk, to the servers and cleaners - were friendly, hospitable and super-helpful. It is the people who work at this hotel that made it a memorable stay - they were really outstanding. But it was also a very clean and comfortable place, has a good breakfast, good air conditioning and good food in the restaurant. We would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Malek and felt it was very good value.

It's difficult to think of anything negative to say about Hotel Malak as our experience was very positive. Perhaps our only comment would be that it can be a little noisy in the streets on a few nights but we found it didn't bother us if the windows were closed and air conditioner was on. During our stay, the positives at Hotel Malak far outweighed any negatives and we would stay there again if we return to Rabat. We really enjoyed it.

Great location, clean, comfortable rooms. We had evening meal a couple times in the hotel with coffee and Moroccon mint tea, it was lovely and with a great service. Breakfast was good and waiters very attentive. The hotel staff are very polite, professional and super helpful. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends&family. The security guard went out of his way to point us to a fantastic restaurant called Safron which served traditional Moroccon meals at very reasonable prices. Thank you all at Malak hotel.

Loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the parking lots are very convenient to have. Everything is clean and the bed very comfortable. The location is great as it is close to everything you need and you can walk anywhere. Special bonus is the nearby park with playgrounds as we were traveling with our toddler. Another highlight was the breakfast on the rooftop - lots of options to choose from and a great view over the city.

Firstly the room is a nice size room, everything that's needed is available in it, the tv has alot of channels to choose from, the bed is quite comfortable with 2 pillows each, alot of wall outlets, the bathroom is nice but small Wich is not a problem, heat world perfectly and hot water is available, I personally liked the hotel itself.

There's a bar across the street where you can hear screams laughter and music throughout the night until about 3:00 a.m. for the 2 nights that I stayed, plus the walls inside the hotel are pretty thin where you can hear your neighbor on the other side talking like he's sitting right next to you.

Reception staff were helpful. Food from the restaurant was well priced and popular among local which is always a good sign. 5 minute walk from Medina. 10 from beach. Rooms were clean, not too noisy when you closed the windows. WiFi was good. TV worked. Breakfast was good. Could have been better, more coffee!

The shower head was broken and I had to hold it on my hand to have a shower. Had some issues with the price I was charged when I stayed an extra day. Not entirely sure how they calculated that. Better to book through booking and know exactly what you're going to pay from the outset. The rate I got from booking was clearly not what they were expecting for another night.

The hotel is in a superb location, convenient for walking to the medina, ville nouvelle and railway station. The staff arranged a taxi to collect me from the airport. I got upgraded to a large corner room with lots of windows. It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and served in the rooftop room with great views of the city.

There's some noise from the roads at the front so earplugs can be useful.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were big and comfy. Good location: easy to find a taxi or to walk to your destination. The breakfast was awesome (fruits, cereal, eggs, bread, juice, tea, coffee, etc.)

When you shower the bathroom gets wet and you have to use towels to avoid the watter to get into the bedroom. There was only one tiny bedside table for both beds.

It felt great to be in a clean, functional, spacious and well situated place after a bad airbnb experience. I had views from three sides in my room ( it was a narrow building). And the view from terrace during breakfast is extra amazing as you see the Medina , the sea, and the big park near it from the top. I don’t understand how it has low 8ish score. It should be 9ish.

Very comfortable beds; nice, clean rooms; excellent service from the staff. Breakfast offered a nice variety. Would definitely stay here again!

TV was challenging to operate; no shelves or drawers in the rooms to store things (but these were very minor issues - overall, I had no major complaints)

everything was absolutely perfect. i booked the smallest room but They upgraded us for free as a gift because we recently got married. everything is clean, staff is very Nice as well. my second stay here and i will for sure come back to stay here every time i visit Rabat
