I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was in a quiet location. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Staff was WONDERFUL! The maids did an excellent job and the front desk accommodated our every need from calling a taxi for a 1 am pick up to providing information. WiFi was good! 15 minutes to souk and close to train station. Airport 30 minutes away.

Their breakfast was meh. Best option was croissant and tea. There were cheese and meat but not too appetizing. We skipped breakfast for most of our stay. But I would stay here again. Breakfast is so inexpensive elsewhere.

All the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are spacious and nice.

As a business man, I need to have internet for my work. After several times asking there was not improvement. This might be a reason to choose for another hotel. Because I still paid the full price while I booked a room with internet of WIFI. Also a disapointment, I couldn't take breakfast at 6:45 before leaving to the airport. It only opens at 7:00.

Room was good. My wife and I checked in very early in the morning due to having our wedding ceremony finish. We just needed a comfy bed to crash in, and it was super for that. The next morning, all the amenities were super nearby and easy to get to. Would stay here again if I was in the Rabat Hassan Quartier again, really nice hotel with good in room facilities.

I didn't like the entrance door to the hotel! It is not intuitive and I walked straight into it with my luggage several times. In Europe, these revolve much better. Also, I accidentally ended up in the Service lift, at like 7am in the morning following a lot of partying hard at our wedding ceremony. It was a startling experience opening the door to pitch black, or blocked exits. Please label the service lifts and the customer lifts more clearly, as in the wee hours of the morning I couldn't tell the difference!

Incredible room in Rabat. I was amazed at the size of our room, it felt bigger than some apartments I’ve lived in. The bathroom was huge and everything was very clean and functional.

There were a lot of children staying on our floor that were causing mischief. They prank called our room around midnight and at 330 am they were running down the halls yelling and banging on the walls and slamming their doors. No fault to the hotel, but we didn’t sleep because of the other guests. It would have been lovely otherwise.

I'm a repeat guest that has visited the hotel before many times and the staff and location are always great... !!! I love staying here and have never been disappointed...The free breakfast is really good and offers many different things.. The attendant Asmae that oversees the breakfast in the morning and the staff are always very courteous and attentive to the guest needs.. The front desk staff , the hotel manager and the bell staff that includes Ahnan and an older gentleman, are always very professional and take care of anything I need right away..👍 The recent renovations that were done are really nice... Overall it's an excellent hotel in Rabat located to train station and many areas to visit... Will be back soon later this year for sure to visit ..😊

Nothing was disappointing

Everything was perfect.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the shower door has a gap which means that water leaks onto the bathroom floor when taking a shower, the water ended up travelling all the way into the hallways and the main door which required cleaning with the towels provided which meant we ended up having to get more towels.

We stayed in Suite on 5th floor, which was a large apartment and it contained good sofa and 2 tvs with large size cupboard to put clothes etc. Also it had lateral view of the sea. Also we liked 6th floor restaurant for breakfast which has really nice selection of breads and pancakes.

Slight noice of the cars but did not bother us much as we stayed only 2 nights.

The staff was very open to solve any problem. Good location, value for money and well equipped rooms.

The cleaning ladies are perhaps a bit too eager to enter your room. It was around 8.30AM and I was just coming out from the shower. They knocked once and very fast tried to enter the room. My husband had to jump in front of the door and say that we are not ready to leave yet (check-out is at 12 PM)

I really loved this hotel. Nice location, shops are near. We had a nice walk to the beach. The room was amazing, really clean and beautiful. Breakfast was nice as well, a lot of choices and it tasted good! Staff were nice as well. I do really like this hotel and would go back to it definitely!
