Clean, great location, nice staff, good breakfast. Would book again

My family and I were astonished by the hotel’s view of the city, which we had seen on a daily basis in our rooms. The location itself benefited us immensely as most of the attraction areas were situated close to the hotel, therefore any possible transportation was possible whether that was by walk or taxi. We had too appreciated the outdoor pool which was located nearby each floor, and respected the hospitality of the servers and the receptionist when providing self-catering and anytime we had a question/favor.

You know the feeling when you’re abroad and somehow feel at home in a totally unfamiliar place? That’s the feeling we got here right from the start. The staff was superb, very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and felt like a home that you gladly return to after a day spent in the buzz that is Kathmandu. The breakfast was good. Our room was comfortable and Cody. The general mood was warm and welcoming.

Beautiful Kathmandu hotel is a very relaxed place with very helpful personnel close to the Thamel area in quite peaceful neighborhood. Rooftop pool is a plus and location too. Would recommend. We have been accomodated even though we arrived too early for check-in. Where is the will, there is a path :) This is how every hotel should treat the guests. Breakfast, lunch exactly what we ordered. Food was delicious. The manager of hotel is a smart man and will help you with everything he can. Dont expect here some 5 star luxury. It is a small hotel with family atmosphere and you will feel ok and welcomed here. Thank you for nice stay.

Maybe some safety railing behind windows. Windowsill was very low and I would be worried if I stay here with a child.

This hotel is a perfect little relaxation hub in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Thamel. Beds are super comfortable. Rooms are clean and decorated well. Breakfast is quite simple but still very tasty. The swimming pool is real gem. The best of all though was the staff, particularly the manager on the front desk. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for two times and want to express our gratitude for a perfect service. From the moment of check-in till check-out the staff was very helpful and supportive. We asked to help with organization of sightseeing and received amazing service with a personal driver. Room was clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities. While chilling on the rooftop you can even order drinks there. Also you can change money right at the reception. Recomended!

We missed breakfast timing by 30mins. The staff came to knock on our door to ask if we wanted breakfast. Then they brought two servings of a really awesome brekkie right to our room! Amazing service. Brekkie was different on the two nights we stayed there. Hot hot hot water available at all times of the day. Soap shampoo conditioner provided Comfy beds Balcony Lots of electric plugs around the room to charge your devices. Plugs are also international incase you forget your adapter. Well functioning and quiet a/c. The a/c doubles as a heater (during winter) Balcony Showers are separate / there's a door so the entire bathroom floor doesn't get all wet! And you stay warm during the shower too.

This Hotel has it all. From the kind and courteous owner, manager Sujit, housekeeping ladies and waiter/porter staff. Main breakfast dishes vary on a day to day basis and are beautifully prepared. Water is replenished daily in your room as is coffee and tea. In close walking distance to most of the tourist must sees. The big bonus for me was that if you are staying for three nights you can, on your second day, just take to the roof of the hotel and laze out on the sun loungers and have a cool dip in the pool if it gets a little too hot. Gives you that nice break in the middle of touring the city. Bus tickets and most activities can be booked by the hotel on your behalf. I loved it all. Thanks for looking after me so well.

Excellent location, very close to the major shopping and tourist area. Extremely helpful staff, they arranged all trips for us. The self service breakfast had a great variety every day. The room service was second-to-none, food and drink arrived in minutes. The bed was also really comfortable; a quality mattress that you didn't want to get off! The view from the rooftop pool was also quite stunning.

Compared to other places we stayed, this was a bit more expensive. Hotel could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing major. When I stayed there was really noisy building work happening at the hotel opposite- not their fault but it was annoying!
