Excellent hospitality shown by the amazing staff of the hotel. Suman, Sanjeet bhai, Maniram bhai, Prem bhai, Paras had taken good care of us. My father & I had developed a good bond with the staff and always felt like we were at home away from the home at the Hotel throughout our stay. The rooms were neat and clean. The food was good too. The city's main nightlife area - Thamel is also at the walking distance. Hotel BnB would be my go to place for the stay if I ever visit Kathmandu again future! I strongly recommend anyone visiting Kathmandu to go for this hotel without a second thought. Totally value for money and the hospitality of staff is beyond the monetary measures. I spent a lovely couple of days staying at Hotel BnB Mhepi before and after several weeks trekking. A big thank you to Mani and all the team for making me feel so welcome! They did everything they could to answer my questions and ensure I had a comfortable stay. This included advice on places to visit, where to get bus tickets, and booking me taxis to and from the airport. I felt very safe walking around the residential neighbourhood Hotel BnB Mhepi is in - an easy 20 minutes walk from the main tourist bustle of Thamel. I enjoyed being one of the few Westerners staying at the hotel - it was really peaceful and felt like a more authentic Nepalese experience :)

The shower was cold - but that’s pretty normal in Nepal, and cold showers are good for you! :)

I brought my wife here to celebrate her 30th birthday. We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located but away from center. They serve the best coffee, tea, cappuccino as you could possibly drink 24/7. There was also Nandos available with different flavour. The daily breakfast was very good and had plenty for any diet. At one point we needed to charge our phone, and we were quickly given a charger, special thanks to Mani. The front desk helped us get dinner one night and ordered a surprise cake for my wife. We cannot praise the cleaning people and the people who worked at their restaurant enough. They were more than accommodating, professional and friendly.

While the room was small, it has plenty of space for clothes and bathroom had plenty of space.

My welcome from Mani was gracious and friendly. It was already dark and no taxis were around, but his act was saviour. I had been in contact after the booking and he went extra mile and sent a car for my pick up from the nearest point to the hotel. Worked out perfectly. The hotel was very nice, clean, and well kept. Really nice and unexpected spacious rooftop was fun so I spent the whole morning as I lucked out with good weather in Oct. Breakfast in the garden was great as well. It's not at Thamel but close. This hotel could cost 3 times what it offers if it would be at Thamel. This is a solid choice for a great experience if staying in Kathmandu. I will tomorrow be visiting the Osho Tapoban, they recommended me this wonderful place, but it's yet to come how it would be. This is my short Nepal visit, will definitely return to visit the Himalayas, next year with my family and stay here again. Highly recommended and Thanks, Mani.

Friendly and professional staff, with a kind spirituality. Close to Mhepi Temple, and I guess the aura carries over into the hotel. Hotel decorations also set the scene, as does the small temple in the garden (nice restaurant garden). This ethos also showed in staff booking taxis for us at local prices and not taking the usual commission. Overall, great impression of Nepali people and culture from the staff.

Nothing really - room facilities are basic, but good value for the price. Room was clean, water was hot, air-conditioner was modern and silent... All was good. Location a bit out of the main busy Thamel area, but that's what we wanted. Simply a 20 minute walk.

I recently stayed at Hotelbnb in Mhepi,Kathmandu and I had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent and the room was both comfortable and quiet with high standard of cleanliness. I appreciated the per day complimentary bottled water in the room. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and professional demonstrating impressive service skills. The American breakfast was delicious,hygienic and ample in portion. Parash and Suman are nice f & b staffs and always in ready to serve mood with hospitable behavior. Sajit and Mani were always ready to assist and provide invaluable advice for travelers needs and inquiries. Their valuable suggestions greatly enhanced my stay. I plan to return in October 2025 for the Everest Base Camp trek and will definitely choose this hotel as my transit point. It was one of my best decision to select Nepal for my short travel.

As always, Mr. Mani and Mr. Sajeet gave me a fantastic stay experience. This was just another instance of receiving the ideal balance of expertise and hospitality. This was also a fantastic experience. My stay was made beautiful by the chef (whose name escapes me), a professional who paid particular attention to the tastes of his customers and displayed the same warmth and welcome. His breadth of knowledge on the food demonstrates that he enjoys performing his work in addition to doing it well. My regards to the personnel and proprietors. eager to make a quick comeback.

The staff are very sweet and professional. They helped me navigate the complexities of getting around Kathmandu safely and introduced me to apps that helped in Nepal. They even called to help me set up local appointments with non english Nepali merchants.

The bus stops last near the property and it was a hot mess of drivers and very very aggressive professional beggars who made physical contact repeatedly. I recommend asking the hotel to send a driver when you are near the final stop to get you to the property hassle-free.

Hands down, the best hotel experience I have ever had in my life! This place is next level in terms of peace and value. It's unbelievable value for the price. I will be a forever customer, any time I am in Kathmandu, this is now my hotel. First the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Shout out to Sajeet in the front! Oh-can we talk about the foods? The food is absolute Magic, but the service is a bit slow. They said they only serve fresh food. The rooms are well appointed and have so much details. I will be back soon and I can't wait to eat my Nandos!
