Amazing services. Many thanks to the hotel. I was a solo traveler and it was my first time in Nepal. I am so grateful for the complimentary airport pickup hotel offered. Upon arriving at the hotel, they welcomed me very nicely and offered a welcome drink. I had many questions regarding traveling and trekking plan in Nepal. Hotel answered all my queries in details and also helped me in organizing tickets and permits. The food at the hotel restaurant was so delicious. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of Kathmandu.

This Hotel is a perfect example of true hospitality and high quality service. If you choose a property in Kathmandu, do not even think about any others. This hotel is the best hotel in this town. If I could give more stars to this hotel I would. Everything was just PERFECT. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Quality of food for breakfast was exceptional. I usually don't like eating at restaurants at the hotel but I am glad we did. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will come back - definitely!

The Hotel is very well presented, comfortable, clean and in a good location for shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff, especially Asbin, Binod & Indra, were very polite, friendly, fun and extremely helpful. Nothing was a problem when we needed something. The service throughout the hotel was excellent and we always had access to the hotel car and driver when needed. Food in the restaurant was always freshly prepared and delicious, and the chef was always open to requests to changing dishes to our preferred taste. We enjoyed our stay here so much, that we came back for a second week towards the end of our travels. We will be coming back to stay in this hotel in the future, and can highly recommend a staying here.

Really pleased that we chose this hotel. We could have chosen a bit cheaper hotel but it wouldn't have been so well located and well facilitated. Staff were polite and cooperative. The Location of hotel is simply perfect. The common areas in the hotel are spacious and nice. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is lovely, but it is the staff that really makes the difference. They've extensively helped me with numerous matters such as airplane ticket reservations, currency exchange, answered so many questions and also kept in touch with me during my trekking days to make sure I'm okay. Their caring is beyond measure, thanks!!

Staff is very helpful and courteous. The breakfast spread is good with a good number of varities. Excellent location it's value for money.

Very nice breakfast, generous portions and tasty food. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms are a great size, especially with all the travelling bags that we brought with us!

I can't think of any improvements for these guys, fantastic hotel.

The location.

It 's a very good property. Iwould suggest every one to at least try once .the owner is a very good person. 👍

Was in a great location on the edge of Thamel, but out of the chaos, rooms were light with plenty of shelving area to put items and super quiet air conditioner. Bathroom also had fluffy towels and shower was hot with good pressure. Received a welcome message when I booked on What'sApp, which was fortunate as I had a very early tour booked for 5am and the front door and gate was locked and I couldn't get out, so called the number and got it sorted. Would recommend you let reception know if you're planning to be out late and leaving before 6am as you could find yourself locked out or in!

The door isn't sound proofed, so I could clearly hear any noise coming up from outside, especially as I was positioned near a supply closet, so could constantly hear women talking outside my door.

Very good location easy to go anywhere and very nice and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff specifically thanks to receptionist Mr Binod and sujan, f&b Manager Mr Hari ram he is very humble person and helped me whatever I want, and thanks to Mr Thapa (Director of hotel) he is also very nice person specially he met me at the hotel lobby and asked me if I need any assistance from him, and he also gave me a complimently pick up from the airport,,, i had had a wonderful stay with them, thanks again for everyone who make my stay comfortable, whenever I visit again in Nepal differently I will stay with you, thanks 🙏
