Although this hotel is relatively new is has a lot of very attractive traditional architectural features. It is set in a quiet area away from the Thamel and Durbar Square area but easily accessible by a longish walk or short taxi ride. The room was very spacious and quiet. The bed comfortable and there plenty of cupboard space. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was ordered individually. Plenty of choice and delicious. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

We experienced a bit of noise in the room but this was quickly addressed by the management.

The traditional comfort always went above and beyond to make sure their customers were happy. The place was always clean and tidy and the facilities were comfortable

I understand sometimes this is not the hotel fault and is out of their control, but I found it to be quite loud at times. There seemed to be people alway talking/walking in the halls and don’t get me started about the barking dogs that the neighbours have. They literally barked all night.

It's a beautiful property- a very beautiful mix of traditional with modern facilities. The rooms are big and spacious. The hotel seems to be aiming to be more conscious and it was evident in different aspects, such as their zero waste toiletry and so on. The location is great too- very central but still not noisy.

While the service was great, I felt like it lacked a bit of warmth. Perhaps because they mainly tend to corporate clients. Maybe, it's just an assumption. It's definitely a great hotel, this is the only thing I felt was a bit missing but amazing overall.

Excellent hotel :) Staff are great, they make you feel very welcomed and treat you the best. Room is big, with a basket of fruit and snacks, plus welcome Canapés delivered to your room. Breakfast was delicious. Totally recommended

They had mostly served breakfast from their ala-carte Menu. It was okay for me as a solo traveler. The location of this hotel is good and this property has a wonderful Roof-top where you can relax a bit after your days work.

I had been in an off season so might not have been too many fellow boarders. But I believe the occupancy is high in season time.

Perfekt Location near Thamel with well designed ac rooms. Perfect service 24/7 with a well cooking Restaurant. Perfect stay, feeling always cosy and very comfortable.

The breakfast ist expandable, with real muesly instead Cornflakes,fruit salad instead papaya only and more (and better) jam or some nougat cream (just as an example for the european guests:-)

Nice, peaceful location just off a busy road in the centre of the city. Reasonably priced. It is a new property and quite well-maintained. Courteous staff and manager. Rooftop restaurant is the highlight of this property, with fantastic views of the mountains on the horizon. Food is superb and delicious. Overall a very good experience. Will surely return for another stay.

Food a bit slow to arrive. Add a couple of more people in the kitchen. Bed pillows small but thick and a bit stiff - lead to mild neck pain in the morning. Replace with larger, softer pillows. Have a ceiling fan in rooms. Sometimes the weather is pleasant outside, and one just wants to open the window, get some fresh air and switch on the fan, rather than breathe A/C air in a closed room. Room's door has to be slammed hard for the lock to bite. (One person from Denmark staying in next room actually asked me for help in getting his door locked.) These are minor nitpicks in an otherwise fantastic property.

Despite the hotel being located in a quiet area we were really bothered by barking dogs all night. It’s not the hotel’s fault but we didn’t sleep well because of that. There was a leak under the bathroom sink when we arrived that we had to get fixed.

The hotel served amazing Nepali and western style food. Close enough to the airport to get there in 16-20 mins, but in the heart of Kathmandu. Hotel arranges taxi rides to any of the various world heritage sites, or other trekking or day trip tours. Staffed by Nepali hospitality experts, you get impeccable service with the authentic warmth of the Nepali people. Bonus is the rooftop bar where you can order drinks, food and enjoy a little city rooftop oasis!

The dogs outside were barking all night long.. Breakfast could be better and 50% additional charge for „urgent“ laundry - I think 24 hours is not urgent - other hotels do it quicker and don’t charge 50% more. Also water very expensive.
