Very clean & cozy hotel located away from the busy city area. They have paid shuttle services available to bring you closer to city I think (we drove so it was convenient for us to travel to supermarket). Everyone was nice, helpful and friendly. Pets allowed. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchenette. Ample parking space. Gym was awesome, had a lot of equipments! Online check in available.

1. Water pressure of the shower was weak and water temperature will suddenly change from hot to cold. 2. Wifi network was unstable, tv goes on and off. 3. Even though we put a sign saying we need the room to be tidied, it wasn’t on some days. 4. Limited food menu on room service.

our bed wasn’t clean enough, one side had bed bugs. we asked for a room change, they denied and cleaned the room but again the bed bugs didn’t go.

1. Staff was really polite and helpful. 2. Parking was easy and great. 3. Location was ok (40 minutes to the center using tram).

Few small things: 1. There were not enough door closers. The neighbours got up very early, and it was very clear how they slammed the door several times. 2. The water pressure in the bathroom was rather weak. But maybe it's only on the 10th floor. 3. There were only few waiters at breakfast. About 10 tables were not cleared and it was not very easy to find a free clean table. 4. Very strange soap dishes that shoot soap a couple of meters ahead and if you don’t put your hands up, then your clothes will be in soap.

Excellent value for money. Everything in good condition. Rare find with facilities for a longer stay (kitchenette, laundry room)

As we had a longer stay, room cleaning was once per week; however, this also applied to trash removal. As rooms allow for cooking, there should be a mechanism for trash removal on a daily basis or at least every other day, either by the hotel cleaning staff or some self-service for taking trash out of the rooms. Location is great for those who want to be out of the centre, in a green and quiet environment; those who plan to travel frequently to the centre, should be prepared for a 15-minute or so walk to the tram stop or minimum 30-minute bike ride.

The check-in was extremely long, it took about half an hour to check in myself and then another 20 minutes for my girlfriend (into a different room) who arrived after me (they even couldn't find the payment information for the second room). Other guests were also waiting very long. The self-checkin counter was not working. I expect a somewhat higher level of service from a world-class hotel. Sound insulation into the corridor also seemed marginal. Not much to see in the neighbourhood and public transportation or carsharing are 15 minutes walk away, but that was known in advance.

Staff was friendly and rooms looked very neat and clean. Spent just a small night here and all i can really say is that the beds were comfortable. There is also a great view of the Amsterdam Skyline from this hotel so that's a big plus too.

Let me start with the location of the hotel itself as it was not easily accessible from Amsterdam-Zuid meaning we had to walk around a big pool of water before we made it to the entrance. Also a minor inconvenience was that the fast check-in did not work upon arrival luckily the reception was available to us right away, then lastly we had to pay a deposit for our keycards which was a little too expensive in my opinion.

Very comfortable hotel. Modern, pleasent design. Good breakfast and good restaurant, there is even the possibility to buy snacks / frozen dishes. I have been travelling a lot but I have probably never seen such a nice personel as in this hotel. They helped me to enjoy my time in the hotel.

I knew the hotel is not in the city centre, but I didn't expect it is going to be in such a remote places. There are no shops / no restaurants / almost no people in the street in the area, just some offices. To get to Amsterdam Central Train Station you need around 50 min (walking and public transport).

Most of the staff was exceptional, especially that one guy who went over his head to find a way to help me clean my hiking shoes. I've read somewhere in reviews that the shower is confusing to use, there were literally 2 valves (knobs), how did you guys make this far in life?

Parking uses a ticket system, barely alive at times when trying to leave in the middle of stay. No direct HDMI connection available on TV, only Screen Cast with dedicated apps (YouTube as an example). Somehow this hotel managed to skip a simpler solution and went for a restrictive wireless one.

the breakfast was amazing! as it was a work trip, breakfast was one of the most important elements for us and it by far exceeded our expectations. fresh juice, nice spread of eggs and warm food.

we arranged for UPS to deliver a package to the hotel on Friday 9/6. The UPS tracking listed the package as delivered but it was nowhere to be found, even till today. A little more proactiveness would have been nice. Being told I will get an update but then I had to go request the updates myself every morning. I ve probably spoken to all the staff.

The STAFF were FANTASTIC!!! Front desk to top shelf in the restaurant. It was fun working with the cook / chef in the A.m for breakfast as they were very very accommodating. The ladie on afternoons managing the restaurant was so helpful. Also she got us hooked on BITTERBALLEN.. and yours was the best we had (and we had a lot all over the city)

The shower was rock star but was near impossible to get working. Sooo many taps and ZERO instruction. The T.V was a nightmare but we did not let it bother us too much as we were first timers to Amsterdam. But if we had a couple days of bad weather and were room bound...agh. Would have been a game changer
