We loved the location of the hotel, very quiet and in the suburbs, but also, a very short scenic walk to the bus stop. We particularly liked the very warm welcome from Tim who immediately made us feel relaxed and gave us ideas on spots to go see and get the best strooppwaffles! 💯 would recommend!!

The shower cubicle doesn’t exactly slope inwards, so it could get a bit flooded if you’re not careful.

Great location although relatively far from city center but easy access to tram transportation which takes you to the center in 25min. Very modern and spacious room for a family of 4 with good amenities. The area around the hotel is very quite but full of shopping and eating outlets within a large shopping mall that is 10 min walk away.

Rooms are serviced at request and for a charge. To get towels you need to place a request before 12PM otherwise you get it next day. Breakfast is A La Card and kitchen closes at 10AM sharp. We had to get the manager exceptional approval to order breakfast at 10.06. It takes 30 min to get your breakfast order. No room service and no phone to dial the reception. You either go down or use your phone to dial the hotel in case of need.

Everything was ok except the room temperature.

It was very cold in the room and the heater did not helped.

The one bedroom apartments are spacious and perfect for a family with kids or even better with one child. I was alone and even the studio was good enough. All the premises have a fully functional kitchen. The tram is very close by and very comfortable to use. Nice breakfast. Dedicated limo for the airport at convenient rate. In the apartments is available a smart TV. Most of the staff was very friendly.

After my check-in there was an issue with the room AC not working (it was freezing) and no other rooms of the same type were available. Initially I have been offered a heater. After rejecting it and a long discussion the manager has upgraded me to a larger room and it was appreciated. I was asked 27 euros for 2 hours late check out. I would have had no issue even paying more for a few more hours.

Such a comfortable and large room. Amsterdam is very expensive, and being able to cook in the room really helps. The staff is super helpful, international, and kind. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we would love to stay there again.

The only drawback is that they said they could not clean the room over the 6 days we were staying there but could only provide new towels and take the trash. I should mention that the room was very clean when they arrived, but of course, it did not stay like that for the 6 days when we as a family stayed there.

The Staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, gave us some tips and info about the area and the best ways to get around, and upon request even allowed our group a much earlier check in. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a multi day stay (Kitchen, Ironing board, Washing machine e.t.c). The location was ideal, based fairly close to some quiet parks and shopping centres, and only 20 minutes from Amsterdam central via transport. We opted for breakfast in the morning with the restaurant downstairs, we were all very happy with the quality of the food.

There are really no major complaints. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and only 1 had a TV, so another in the second one would have been appreciated but considering there’s another in the main lounge this really wasn’t an issue.

Stylish and spacious apartments, clean and conveniently located close to shopping center and public transport. We also liked the extra-long bathtub in the bathroom and a 2-in-1 washer and dryer.

The apartment could have had more dishes, and it was missing some basic supplies like detergent, salt etc. Though we manged to get some of those from the reception when we asked. We also had cigarette smoke coming from one of adjacent apartments through the vent (perhaps just bad luck - they generally don't allow smoking in rooms).

The apartments are extremely well equipped. You will find everything you need and even more - in matter of kitchen. (coffee machine, microwave) 3 minutes walk to the tram station (30’ to the city centre by public transport -0/1 changes)

- Not the best smell in the hallways - 150€ guarantee… I heard that’s a common fact for hotels in Amsterdam, but still, it’s the year 2023 and we secure our stay via credit card - so we found it quite outdated..

Spacious apartment which is not that common in Amsterdam. it had everything we needed in terms of beds, kitchen, showers and washing machine. It was pretty clean and comfortably designed. The small gym (open 24/7) was also a nice touch despite it can only fits 2 people probably. The price was good compare to other alternatives which are closer to the city center.

the hallways carpets can use some cleaning and the nearest parking lot is more then 5 minutes walk.

The location is 15 minutes from Schiphol airport by taxi or bus No. 300. (best use the taxi). Amstelveen outlet is 5 minutes walk, plenty of restaurants and shops, if you want shopping - do it there. Getting to Amsterdam center - use public transportation - very easy. The room we got was one of the best rooms we ever had. A full family apartment, equipped with all you need. I rate this place 10 I will come to this place again, if you come to Amsterdam - that where you should stay.
