Loved the bed and the tv in bed. The showers were also great.
Breakfast was supposed to be in bed however there is no bed table to put it on so it was uncomfortable.

Beautiful rooms, designs were really interesting, they put out balloons and a little note as I mentioned it was my birthday which was sweet. Nice spa available for personal use.
I did check in long before the stay as to whether they provided vegan options and they said they did. I was definitely a little disappointed to see the actual options (fruit or yogurt) - not clearly labelled vegan and there was some confusion about whether or not one option was vegan or not (overnight oats). With all the accessible vegan options now it would have been nice to have a kitchen option like avocado on toast or a pastry or pancakes. It was also just a shame that construction work was happening outside the hotel during our stay so there were cones and metal fences and ramps to cross over on entry to the hotel, and at some points the road was actually closed at one end meaning we had to double back on ourselves to get into the hotel.

Size and comfort of bed. Breakfast selection and delivered to bedroom. Beautiful decor. Little touches of service such as complimentary Dutch stroopwafel. Gave me a muffin for my birthday with a private note. Can book after check-in, private use of beautiful spa. Friendly and accommodating staff. Took my luggage up and downstairs.
Thermostat did not seem to work. Black out curtain a bit difficult to close and let a bit of light in. Pricey but worth it for guaranteed luxury accommodation, service and location. Price was significantly cheaper last minute but understandable.

This is a beautiful hotel tucked away but only a 4-minute walk from the nearest tram stop that will take you to Central Station, among other places. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the beds were very comfortable. They cleverly have facilities such as mini fridge and kettle in integral drawers underneath. It was easy to walk to many attractions from its location.
Considering the price we paid for our room, I was surprised not to have a bigger bathroom. Also, a delicious and nicely varied breakfast was provided but with no communal dining room, breakfast is taken in your bedroom. There's not really enough space to eat comfortably but this was a very minor negative.

It was a true delight to stay in this beautifully restored hotel. The history of the building is remarkable and I feel honored to be able to book such a luxurious experience for a surprisingly affordable cost. The staff is impeccable, and the owner went above and beyond to help us with an unexpected difficulty we encountered during our stay. I have rarely been treated with the level of respect and kindness I experienced at the Hotel Nobelman. Many thanks for a this truly exceptional treat. A particular highlight was the exquisite breakfast in bed. Highest marks!
Exquisite perfection, thy name is Nobleman.

This is a new opening hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. The location is great! The 9 straatjes are around the corner, and it is viewing the canals, creating the real ‘Amsterdam’ feeling. Breakfast was served in the room, but we could choose ourselves what we wanted to have and at what time, and it was delicious! The staff was very kind and professional, and they did their best to make our stay perfect. They helped me with some recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the neighbourhood. I booked the Huygens room, which is on the top floor with great views on the canals, and inspired by Christaan Huygens. So are all rooms, inspired on a figure that was important in the 17th century. The hotel was not fully booked yet, as they just opened, so the staff gave me a tour through all rooms, and they looked amazing. The design of all rooms is unique and tailored to the character that the rooms represent. I will definitely come back to experience a night in the other rooms and also experience the spa that is almost finished!
I don’t have anything to mention here. The hotel and staff deserve to receive many bookings, and I would recommend everyone reading this to book. Don’t be afraid to book because of the fact that there are not that many reviews (yet), or because they just opened, because they are doing a great job!

Breakfast was brilliant. Really easy to order and tonnes of food. All amazing and everything was breakfast in bed which was lovely. My one comment would be that you couldn't change your breakfast order between days, you had to order it all on day one. The room was relatively small but really comfortable with ingenious storage solutions. The TV hidden in the foot of the bed was really nice. The location was excellent and everything we wanted to do was walkable. The staff were all super helpful with recommendations of bars/restaurants too.
There weren't really any facilities in the hotel, but we spent very little time there so it didn't bother us. Our room also faced directly onto the street and was very visible to passers-by unless we closed the heavy curtains. Not sure how you'd change this, maybe a one-way glass but that would be a bonus rather than a necessity.

Beautiful and really unique boutique hotel with amazingly accommodating staff! Very clean and updated, but with old world charm. Refreshed every day, including water, cookies and of course coffee, etc. Breakfast in the room every morning was fantastic and really delicious! And location could not be more perfect! Very quite and beautiful area in Joordan neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops around, but away from extremely busy area of central Amsterdam. And beautiful canals all around!
It’s an older building, so the walls are not really insulated, so we could hear people walking above us and it did wake us up a bit too early in the morning. Also, unfortunately the only room available when I booked ended up with windows into tiny courtyard with very little sunlight, so it was rather dark in the room. Would definitely stay in the future but will pick another room.

Every element took this place to the next level. Accessible yet quiet location tucked away from the busy streets on a quiet turn in the canal. Welcome drink on arrival, greeted by the lovely staff. The room itself was so quirky, fun and well thought-through - I had the Hugo De Groot, with tales of the man himself along with a bath concealed in an old wooden chest all part of the story. Breakfast was also tip top, and served on a giant tray so you can eat it in bed with the magical concealed tv. I'd never stay anywhere else now!
Flawless.

The hotel was absolutely lovely and the beauty of the property was only surpassed by the friendly and helpful staff. My family and I had a wonderful visit. The staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and went above and beyond, including excellent dining recommendations. We hope to visit them again in the future! I have and will continue to highly recommend Hotel The Nobleman to anyone traveling to Amsterdam.
