Had booked two rooms for a trip with friends. The rooms were very nice and the bedding was very comfortable. The place is located right next to a tram stop and there are many museums around and it’s a 20ish minute walk from center. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on a budget as it was a hidden gem.

The walls were quite thin so you can hear everything and outside noise isn’t filtered well. (If someone is on their honeymoon that will be heard quite well). Lacks amenities like a tea pot or a mini fridge but for the price is exceptional compared to anything else is Amsterdam at this location.

The location is AMAZING! There's a grocery store right across the street that closes at 10pm and has great low-budget food!, there's also a main line of tram, the neighborhood is a very SAFE place and nightlife is only 10 minutes away by tram. THERE'S AN ELEVATOR WHICH I LOVED! The beds were super clean, the towels smelled clean and the bathroom was spotless and decent-sized. The girl at the counter, Elsa was extremely nice and attentive to our needs. They start cleaning the rooms at noon so you can sleep more!

The hallway's carpet smelled a little, nothing too strong, just distracting. The Lobby's wifi is not great, so I advise going to a cafe if you're traveling for work or need to connect on your laptop. The elevator had graffiti. The towels had a bit of stains, nothing serious but they could be better (they smelled clean though!). I wish they had a microwave in the lobby to heat water or food. I wished they had given more toilet paper for longer stays without needing housekeeping.

This hotel was very good value for money for a short stay right next to all the museums. The young staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds and linen and towels clean and fresh. It was fairly quiet even though the walls are thin. Easy to get to, and to use as a base. If you’re not going to spend a lot of time in your room, you just want somewhere to sleep, you could do far worse than booking a bunk bed at this hotel.

People tend to go for a smoke in the street beneath the windows of the rooms, even though the staff try to guide them away from that area. I didn’t smell smoke though, so it wasn’t a problem.

The location is spectacular! Near museums we wanted to visit, near Albert Heinz supermarket that provided all we needed. Restaurants and cafe are around, perfect location. The staff id very nice and helpful. It helps a lot to the quality of our stay. It is highly recommended and we will be back if we need it for sure!

The room is rather smaller than what we expected, or what we have seen from the website. However it does not influence the quality of our stay. We can adjust and go with it.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic—close to the bus station, museums, and great restaurants, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The room I stayed in was small but perfect for one person, as I mainly used it for sleeping. It was clean and cozy, which made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with excellent value and location!

The hotel is just behind the concert hall, 3 min. from Van Gogh museum, so the location is amazing especially if you want to visit the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh and two modern arts museums, or if you want to take a cruise. We got the upgrade on our room so the room we got was very spacious. The furniture is a bit dated, but the bed and sheets were really clean and comfortable. This is a budget hotel, but you do not share bathroom you have your own. And the hotel has got a lift so you don't have to climb the steep stairs. You can also leave the luggage there. We had an amazing view of the concert building and a beautiful balcony, but the door was blocked from opening. The room was really warm. The door of the shower was missing, and the tap was a bit wobbly, but these are just minor negative details. Overall our stay was brilliant. You also have a supermarket just opposite the hotel when you cross the main road which we found great.

Good location as tram stop was just across the road so easy enough to get to places also a supermarket opposite and the museum across the park so good location! Staff were all friendly and very helpful safe didn't work when we first arrived but staff had it fixed and sorted straight away very good customer service !

Could have maybe had a kettle something to be able to make a hot drink in the morning would have been good other than that everything was great !

The location was great, theres a shop nearby and some bus stops. Its just a quick walk from the city centre. Staff were super friendly and explained everything. I feel like for the price you’re paying and the location you’re in, its a very good offer

The bathroom had a distinct smell, if you open the windows it gets better, but when you first walk in the smell is strong

Lovely staff, very helpful, extremely good location, the best value for money you could ever wish for. If you need a no-nonsense affordable place to stay and you are really just looking for a bed in the middle of the Museumkwartier, this is ideal.

Do not go here if you're looking for luxurious and spacious rooms: when I say the room was small, I mean *small*. Not a place for claustrophobes (or germophobes. tbh.)
