Clean (change towels every day), fully stocked kitchen, vacum, refill coffee and sugar, dish washing detergent, etc. Maybe needs dish-hand washing detergent and scrubber, but there is a supermarket nearby- this is not a problem. This is a condo-hotel in my estimate, as we own one with an owners association and is managed by a hotel. So, calling these units a simple apartment does not do it the proper justice. It is located in the museum area, so convenient to all locations and supermarket. The area is upscale and safe. I would highly recommend it as long as there is one available for us when we return to the Netherlands. Just an enjoyable trip.

We loved everything snout it. We would have loved even more if there was a coin operated washer/ dryer in the building, but not sure there is space available.

The location was perfect. Very quiet area close to museums.

The bathroom had horrible smell when we checked in - drainage issue. The smell dissapeared after the 1st shower. Our access cards were deactivated on the day of check out before our check out time. I went to the supermarket on the day of check out at 9:00 and was denied access when I got back before 10:00, my friend that shared apartment with me had to open the door from the inside. Our transport arrived and we were waiting on the technician to open the door. The technician was very kind and helpful. Nova please deactivate cards from check out time which is 11:00.

The apartments are located among quiet leafy streets walking distance to restaurants, market, the Museums, and 25 minute walk to canals.

Steep stairs to the two bedroom suite are not suitable for older persons, lift is available to other rooms.

Did as described. Clean, all facilities. Bits and pieces for the kitchen like some detergent to start you off. Daily cleaner. Supermarket within 2 blocks. Good location. Quiet residential area but short walk to tram, bus, Museumplein and Vondel Park. Quick response by reception (based elsewhere) by WhatsApp.

Poor heating for a couple of days. Told that the radiators only came on when “the outside temperature reached a certain level”. Told to use air conditioning. It was 5degrees outside. 😟 Complained again on the second day and they said they would send someone around to check. Resolved by third day but without explaination.

Modern, stylish apartment in a great location. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum and a single tram journey from central station. There are a variety of restaurants, bars and shops close at hand, but the street around the apartment is very quiet. There are all the facilities you could want in the apartment and access to a washing machine in the basement if you need it. Our flat was just above ground floor with a small balcony which is pleasant to sit on, but no real view - just greenery and the adjacent residential flats. It is good to have the option for cleaning every day, and for the tea/coffee pods/dishwasher tabs to be replaced daily.

As others have mentioned, there was a really bad smell of drains when we arrived. This was easily resolved by fixing a loose fitting in the shower waste - but this is something that should be sorted before guests arrive, and not everyone will want to tinker with plumbing. There are not staff on site all the time to ask. This should be fixed properly, or at least checked before guests arrive. There are no additional pillows, and the ones provided are very firm. It would be nice to have two chairs on the balcony.

These apartments are tucked on a beautiful residential, quiet street just a block to main drags with the tram that takes you everywhere. It's a 2-block walk to the Museumplein, with the Van Gogh, Rijks, and a couple others, as well as a large grocery store. Don't miss the fresh-squeezed orange juice machine in the grocery store! Fill your bottle and enjoy! It's also a 5 min walk to the bus to and from the airport. The apt. was lovely, and being part of a hotel, offers daily cleaning service. It was a perfect refuge to return to every day after long days of walking. The unit we got had a private outdoor garden space, though it was too cold during our visit to use.

Our only complaint was with some sort of plumbing issue that occasionally caused a sewer smell in the bathroom. But it would come and go and if the bathroom door was kept closed, it was not an issue. It should be addressed though.

The location was great. We loved staying in a mainly residential neighborhood in a converted townhouse instead of a boxy hotel. We were able to walk or take a tram almost everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen and bath were super clean and, though small, they had everything we needed. The shower was great, with a rain head and a handheld. Housekeeping service was excellent. I really appreciated the elevator. Loved the tall ceilings and the comfortable mattress. There were all kinds of restaurants nearby.

The living room furniture wasn’t especially comfortable. Newer, more comfortable furniture would have elevated the whole experience.

Great location, right next to Concertgebouw and Rijksmuseum or Van Gogh Museum. It has all the utilities you need, I cooked every day at home! You have a metro stop 100m away, that goes to Leidseplein, Dam Square, Centraal Station. The cleaning staff noticed I was sick because of the meds I had at my room and they let lots of tea bags for me, that was really kind. I just have good things to say! I totally recommend.

I have stayed at the Nova Apartments often. A beautiful area of the city, close to museums and the famous concert hall. After the renovation, the studio room became very cozy. There is everything you need for cooking. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower room.

Only one circumstance darkened my stay. Unfortunately, the shower drain was so clogged that it was almost impossible to use the shower. In the morning I complained to the gentleman who cleaned the rooms. He immediately contacted the appropriate service by phone and within a few hours everything was fixed.

It will be great if the kitchen was equipped with more bowls, pots, pans, oil and salts, etc.
