Everything is in very good condition. The room is small but perfect if you’re traveling solo, comfortable bed, everything is very clean. The air conditioning works well, it goes off once you leave because you need to insert your room key to power on the room, but it can cool down very fast. The bathroom is tiny but new, shower with a door, good water pressure and temperature control. Great location, the museumkwartier is close to everything but it’s cleaner, quieter and more upscale than the city center.

The only thing that could be improved is that there’s no electric kettle, only a coffee machine, but that’s just because I love my tea 🫖

The Muse dedicates themselves to having their guests feel like home. The mini bar in the room and the tea/coffee stations on the ground floor are all signs of warm welcomes. The room is beautiful, designed to have guests find things easy as if they are familiar with the place. The staff delightfully helped me with early check-in and a room with a bathtub. The resident cat has its unique presence.  Small and cozy at a great location, walking distance to museums and direct team to train station. Could not have expected more.

Considering that the room was in the basement, I was surprised that there was natural light and it was very comfortable. A bit of noise from the other rooms in the basement when people was leaving or arriving to their rooms. Apart from that everything went nice! They stored my backpack for free as I arrived earlier and then I found it already in my room after check inn. Good value for money and great location in a quiet part of Amsterdam

I liked the very kind and aware staff, the location, which is in a silent road but central. WiFi seems to be good, but we only just it for google researches and stuff like that. I can't say, if videocalls or streaming would be possible.

Some suggestions for updates: 1. A new hairdryer would be good. The current one always turns of after a minute or so to avoid overheating. 2. The closet wasn't really usefull to store stuff. A closet with more compartments would be a relief in that tiny room. 3. The towels had been replaced by new one's everyday, what is a really well-meaning service, but it's also not really good for the environment. It would be nice if you would give your guests the opportunity to chose, either if they want daily fresh towels or not.

The Muse Hotel has the perfect location! Just a bus ride from the airport and no need to go through the central train station. It lies in a very friendly quiet neighberhood without any red light houses nearby. The Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum are a 10 minutes walk and the city centre just a short ride with a tram. The hotel itself is very boutique. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a bath. Working aircondition must be a bonus in the summer. The breakfast can be somewhat busy when everyone comes down at the same time. The inner courtyard is very blissful, specially with a cup of coffee from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and hardworking. There are some lovely restaurants and bakeries in the vacinity.

Very good location, close to museums and other sights. Very kind staff. The rooms are cleaned daily, including the change of towels.

The rooms are very small. The room I stayed in, had no space for storing clothes, except for a stand for 5 hangers. At breakfast, there are too few tables, compared to the number of guests staying. One of the days we could not find a free table where we could have breakfast. We sat on the outside terrace, although the wind was blowing and we were waiting for the rain to start at any moment.

Lexi, at the front desk was pleasant and tremendously helpful throughout the trip. The all day coffee maker, water and tea was excellent whether you were inside breakfast room or out in the garden. All in all, an extremely comfortable stay with all questions regarding Amsterdam answered by Lexi in a professional caring manner.

My room, 505 was really small but the only thing that was bothersome was entry door, bathroom door and hangers all hit each other. Otherwise, free cold refreshments were a nice surprise, and air conditioning worked good.

Staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the south train station and next to the museums. The neighborhood is nice and quiet unlike the rest of the city so it is perfect to rest. Heating works great if you travel during winter. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is simple but enough and cheaper than other places. They can lend you umbrellas so you do not need to carry one.

The rooms are slightly small but comfortable enough for a couple or small family.

The staff were nice and helpful. There was a playful cat in the hotel, and she made our stay very memorable. There was a free minibar in the room. After 12:00 the kitchen was open for tea and coffee. Special greetings to Bella.

The hairdryer was useless and week, didn't dry at all. There was no wardrobe, no place to put our clothes. The room was very small. The stairs very frightening, but luckily there was an elevator.
