Great location and really friendly staff! Made us feel so welcome so thank you! The rooms were small but most places in Amsterdam are and it was perfect size for a 3 day city break! The free coffee machine was a lovely touch. Should definitely have more stars!

Only downside (like many places in the city) very steep stairs and no lift, although it did not affect us. There was an unpleasant smell on entry to the hotel which at first did make us worry about the rooms but they were perfect, on first impression this might help to add air fresheners.

The staff are absolutely fantastic and cannot do enough for you. They were really helpful and really friendly. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and has lovely interior. The location of this hotel is perfect. Such a reasonable price for the location you get!

The only thing I would suggest is somewhere to hang your clothes. even just some floating shelves or hooks with hangers. There is no wardrobe or draws so you have to live out of your suitcase - which is fine for a few days but would be nice to hang nicer clothes

Fair price for Amsterdam. Located on main street and a bit further from the station, so you're in the middle of a lot of food and shopping choices + closer to the bars and clubs. Staff left clean towels (in a bag) on the door handle when putting 'do not disturb' which was a nice touch. Staff are friendly.

The window doesn't stay open on it's own (plus birds hang out right outside and you don't want a bird in your room) so I had to leverage the bathroom fan a lot to get fresh air. Initially room smelled wet and gave my friend allergy symptoms. No airconditioning (not the biggest deal as temperature was okay during my stay).

Great location by Rokin Station and very close to the city centre, making it easy to access wherever you wish to visit in Amsterdam. Central Station is a pleasurable walk away (15-20 minute walk). The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They offered to store our luggage after we checked out to explore more of the city before heading back to Schiphol Airport.

Shower door did not cover the whole way down, leading to water spilling out over the floor. There was a lack of space to hang your clothes - enough for one person but not two. Window could not shut all the way down, so it was noisy at night.

I leave a review for every hotel I stay at. Firstly I have to say the service from Rashid who was front of house was 5 star!! His helpfulness, service and attention to detail was excellent. I couldn't be more happier. One of the reasons i would stay at this hotel again is just because of his excellent customer service skills. Location is perfect, Ive been to Amsterdam over 30 times and this location for me is the best location for links to everywhere. Hotel is clean and great for a couple of nights stay.

Stayed in a few rooms in this hotel and every room is different size. Every room wont have a decent view and some have a half decent view. This hotel is perfect for a single person or a couple who just require sleep in a clean bed and a very modern clean bathroom for a couple nights and intend to spend most of the time out exploring Amsterdam. Rooms higher up in the building shower pressure will be slightly lower than the lower rooms. Its not a big issue for myself to be fair. Others issue that wasn't a problem for me but I could see it being a problem for fussy people is that you will hear people closing doors and talk when walking past your room.

The room appeared impeccably clean and furnished with modern amenities. The hotel's location, not far from both the train station and the city center, proved to be convenient. Furthermore, the hospitality demonstrated by the hotel owner was notably friendly. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

The view from the window wasn't ideal, instead of a pleasant sight, all I saw was a brick wall from the adjacent building.

I got the side front view room 3rd floor, good position not as busy as city centre, heated well, hot shower and free coffee at any hour.

It might be difficult to reach 3rd floor if you have back or leg issues, table room is small and unstable, missing luggage stand, missing soap holder in the shower, bed is not comfortable as it’s a two single bed with a queen topper

The location was great, and it's a great value for the location. The room for three indeed slept three comfortably, though it was about the smallest room you could reasonably fit three single beds in. The staff were friendly. The room and common areas were clean. While you could hear people coming in during the night, no one was too rowdy.

The sound/light from the hallway wasn't cut off as well as it could be by the room door. Though this wasn't a problem for us, note there are somewhat steep stairs leading up to the lobby.

Location was perfect right by a tram stop, and right on the Main Street, plenty around and transport accessible, the room was cheap despite this location, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy, value for money!

Had a view of a brick wall unfortunately but it was cheap! Lots of stairs, which doesn’t bother me but may be an issue for some

Perfect location in the middle of the city near a tram and an underground stop. Easy to reach from airport. Room is small but cozy. No loud street sound etc. Staff was kind. All things considered, a good stay for the money and location.

Bathroom small and could have been cleaner. Shower pressure nearly non-existent.
