Really nice location and a great room. It would have been even better if the beds were larger and more comfortable, and if the rooms were better noise insulated as the bar below the hotel was quite loud in the evenings.

The location is perfect, and the staff were very friendly - they were happy to provide use of the washing machine (much cheaper than even going to a laundromat!) and also because of the length of the stay added little things like a couple of breakfasts, which went a long way. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Amsterdam’s expensiveness means what you get here is what you’d get from a 4, even 5 star hotel for similar price in other cities. This isn’t necessarily something the property can help, but it’s more keenly felt with some things like the lack of good AC and the general aged feelings of the rooms.

Great location, helpful staff resolved issue we had with room quickly woukd stay there again.

As its a central location quite noisy in the early morning with deliveries etc to nearby buisinesses

The hotel is located in an excellent location. 3 minutes walk from Rokin train station, and 5-10 minutes walk from everything that's interesting. There are excellent restaurants very close by. Our double room was very spacious. The shower was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were there on the last week of May, so the weather was very nice and the room didn't get hot at all. There doesn't seem to be an AC in the room, so I don't know how it'll be during the summer time.

While the general location of the hotel was great, it's worth mentioning that our room was just above the street, which means that sometimes (too) early in the morning you may hear the noise from the street (cars driving by, workers unloading boxes for the stores). It didn't bother us too much, but if we ever go back to this specific hotel, I would definitely ask for a room that's not directly above the street. Though I guess that's true for any other hotel.

Good location for restaurants, cafes, shops, canal boat rides, etc. We've usually stayed nearer Dam Square in the past, but this was still only a 10 - 15 minute walk away from there. Room was a good size, and had a mini kitchen area, kettle, coffee maker, hob, sink, fridge. Hotel had an elevator, which was a bonus. Couldn't comment on breakfast, as didn't we didn't have it.

Only things were bathroom/shower room was modern, but smelled a bit. Could sometimes hear room next door, but wasn't too bad.

Room was very spacious and included a small fridge and sink. Location was convenient to local transportation. Room had 2 very large windows that could be opened. View was of the canal. Front desk staff was very helpful in storing luggage at the beginning and end of our stay. We were able to conveniently do a load of laundry in the basement and could purchase a detergent pod from the front desk for a nominal fee.

There is a restaurant located just below the windows. Crowd and conversational noise was loud late into the night when people gathered.

The bathroom was dirty, there were hairs on the floor

Great location. Everything we needed was just around a corner. We even went walking to the Central train staircase because the weather was nice and it was about 15 minutes from a Hotel. The hotel staff was extremely lovely. And very helpful.

I was with my 20 year old son, and we had to share one bed. And I thought that it would be two single beds. It was a lot of noise from the neighbours upstairs you could hear everything they say actually and it was about midnight. So I couldn't fall in sleep.

A very solid 3 star hotel which provides what you expect from it very well. The location couldn't be better and everything to see is within walking distance. Breakfast was filling and tasted good. Rooms are clean and new lavatory equipment is provided daily.

I don't really have anything to complain about. Everything worked as expected. Only thing I could mention is the breakfast was also really sweet which is really not a thing in my culture so eating muffins and croissants with chocolate after a night out was definitely a new experience.

Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Our bicycles were welcome and they have an internal storage are with ramp access. Large rooms a bonus. Kitchenette in room and cooking equipment available from reception to use. Nespresso machine and fridge in room. Spar supermarket 1 shop away for supplies. Close to many sights and restaurants. Easy access to the Metro.

It was unseasonably hot and there was no air conditioning in the room. We were notified of this at time of booking. A single fan was available, but there were 3 people, so it was rather warm. We tried to keep the windows open, however the street noise overnight was very intrusive and we couldn't sleep until we closed them. Fortunately, the double glazing kept out most of the noise
