Fantastic location! Great views! Comfortable bed! Cozy & has character :) Loved the balcony & river views - towels really fresh & clean & news one were brought to us each day also!
many many stairs leading to your actual front door which i didn't know about prior , stairs are narrow not ideal at all if you have a lot of luggage or a huge suitcase - there was also a tile broken as you entered the bathroom , it was very sharp & a definite hazard although i loved the place so much i didn't have the heart to complain about it - but it was safe, could of taken your toe off.

excellent central location and outstanding views. rooftop terrace perfect to unwind after a busy day of exploring the fascinating city. bed is huge and extremely comfortable with great views out the windows. shower was lovely and warm. coffee machine nice added touch. excellent value for money for a couples 3 night stay. stairs are a little daunting at the end of a busy day but actually not too bad.
would have benefited from a few extra amenities such as a toaster. sauna appeared to have a glitch and didn’t get very hot despite leaving on to warm up. tv has only Netflix no channels, not a complete let down as the bed so comfy couldn’t stay awake long enough to watch it.

Beautifully presented, apartment with comfy bed and lux wet room/ shower; ideally situated in the heart of Leidseplein within 20 mins walk of Vondelpark, Centraal train station, Dam square, flower market, Anne Frank, Vincent Van Gogh and shops and restaurants . Also our host Hannah was friendly and helpful.
Steep stairway which couldn't really be helped as most buildings have the same issue! However, the narrow walkway was made difficult to negotiate due to laundry and vacuum cleaner left at the bottom and top of our stairs.

The place was very nice, in a great location Our towels were chenged every day and they also changed our sheets after about 3 days (which we did not expect)
The stairs were really narrow which was hard to go up and down with the suitcase. There weren't a lot of kitchen appliances (a dish rack, knives, plates). Also, while the refrigerator did work, it wasn't very cold

Had the most amazing views and location, was perfect for my anniversary. terrace (rooftop 360 views) was beautiful and sat up there for many hours watching Amsterdam. also nice tv with Netflix. they cleaned the room everyday at lunch time hours which was very appreciated since we slept in a lot.
I couldn’t get the electric blinds working but the room had really nice black out curtains so I was happy.

The room was comfortable and clean, and a good size. The staff were helpful but you do need to communicate with them beforehand as there is no reception when you arrive.
The room was cold when we were there, and there was only one small heater provided. The room is off a busy road so it can be noisy, but this didn’t bother us too much

Loved the location of the accommodation. We also had the terrace which was an added bonus. Would stay here for sure
Not fault of the property as it’s the same throughout Amsterdam but be prepared for some serious lighting of your luggage up and done extremely steep stairs inside the apartment. We were the top and had A LOT of luggage. Not a complaint, just be prepared !

decor was lovely, location excellent and staff helpful. we had 3 of the four rooms available in the property. the top room with the roof terrace is the one I slept in which was great, but if you have any mobility issues then this is not the accommodation for you. It was about 4 flights of stairs to the the room and another to get to the roof terrace
The stairs were pretty daunting

We were taken aback when we first saw the room ( or mini apartment). Every detail is meticulously placed , the furnishings luxurious and soft , not to mention the unbelievable location (smack bang in the centre of everything. The sauna was fabulous , I loved the way the colours changed and it had a Bluetooth speaker. Also we didn’t get to use the fabulous outdoor area as much as I would have liked due to the rain, but it was really well laid out and such a beautiful view. The check in and out was seamless and I loved how there was the privacy of picking up our own key and not having to deal with people after nights out , etc.
Only recommendation to what is 10/10 accommodation , is that they could place a small slanted piece of wood between the bathroom step up and the floor level of the bedroom, as it’s easy to stub your toe there, also the steps would be difficult if you had large wheely suitcases (as we had backpacks, the steps didn’t bother us) being honest , they are characteristic of this type of building /space - so it’s more of a cultural thing if you come from a city with wide staircases and that’s what you are used to.

Location was perfect, so central we seemed to end up just walking in circles around the apartment. View from the room was stunning, room was very comfortable and the terrace was exactly what we had hoped for. Thanks very much for the stay.
A very minor thing, one of the chairs upstairs was broken. Really not something that would influence a decision to stay there only a minor detail. I would certainly book to stay there again.
