Located close to station and lots of restaurants and things near by. Easy walking distance to most things. An interesting place to stay in Amsterdam. Mattress was very comfortable.

Not as clean as I would have liked. Dryer still going when we arrived so didn't feel like I could use the washer and dryer. Cupboard under the sink had food the seemed to have been in there for awhile. Doona didn't fill out the cover and I ended sleeping with only the cover over me.

A very tastefully decorated and fully equipped houseboat. When inside, it is more like a small luxury apartment, very stylish and comfortable. It is really the upstairs bedroom that is amazing and gives the boat-feeling with a great view of the harbour. Very quiet, comfortable, excellent host and beautiful houseboat at a great location.

We were very happy with it all. For the bedrooms I would suggest two single duvets instead of one big one, as it makes it a bit easier to have kids share the bed. It was all ok though and we were very very happy with the place.

This houseboat was very nice and clean. The location was very close to the train station which was a plus. Beds and furniture were very comfy.

The stairs going into the house were very slim, not wide. The stairs to the loft were also very steep, but we managed. The 2 white stands by the main door should be bolted down, as I reached for one for stability and fell by the door onto the cement, very dangerous with nothing to hold onto.

The location of the houseboat is great, easy walk from Central Station and easy walk into the old parts of Amsterdam- but who is walking in Amsterdam- bike rental just around the corner and we could cycle the whole city from here with no problem. Even our 8 year old could cycle around. The boat is bigger than expected, plenty of room for 4 of us. Has everything you need for a stay in Amsterdam, and what could be nicer than waking up with a view over the water. Very steep stairs to the top bedroom - but it is a boat so not unexpected.

No sofa/couch in the living area, but this is due to space in a boat and to fit the table and chairs. So if you need a sofa you can go sit on the bed.

As long as I use this application, this was the best place that I ever found. I went last weekend with my friends and everything was amazing. Everything was clean and neat. Kitchen has everything you need for stay and live there 😁. We had a crush 🥰 for a coffee machine. Rooms are perfect and have an amazing bed. The other one 'on the floor' has also wonderful view 🪟. You don't need to worry if you will be missing something because you will not. You have the multiple games at your disposal to have fun with friends 🥳. You are not going to be cold, heating is perfect with the temperature ajustable up to 20 degree. Really, nothing to say. If you want to spend a wonderful time at wonderful place in Amsterdam, choose this one! We'll be back soon, that's sure!

It’s a really cool place!! The location is very central and close to the central station and app 10 minutes walk from Dam. It has everything you might need for your stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the design is young and pleasant. The bedroom upstairs is stunning !

We liked everything

The Houseboat is in a great location. Just a short walk from the station, but nice and quiet. Jeffrey was easy to deal with, and check in was really easy.

Although the kitchen seems well set up, the oven was not connected, only the hob. So it wasn't possible to oven cook or grill.

The house boat was in a great location, the place was very modern and clean. I love how stylish the decoration of the place was

Nothing, everything was great!

Location of the boat was superb. Minutes from Centraal Station and pretty much the whole city was within walking distance, we didn’t need public transport once Boat was warm and comfortable, relatively quiet and well equipped

Excellent communication from the time of booking. Location in easy walking distance to all the main sights and transportation links. The houseboat was clean and very comfortable with everything you could need for your stay.
