Stayed 2 nights in early June, dry moderate weather; 2nd stay at an ibis (blue) Budget Hotel this trip. Ok location across highway from airport in newly renovated (staff said Feb 2023) building, right next to ibis (red… standard?) Hotel. About a 20 min bus trip to/from Amsterdam Central Train Station from airport stop; punctual roundtrip free 5-7 minute bus shuttle between hotel & airport (look for ibis Hotel sign in bus pickup area at airport) every 20-30 min or so when we needed it (schedule available at hotel), sometimes pretty crowded. *Note: If coming from Central Train station, take bus to airport, then catch shuttle. Room good although a bit cramped as in Paris experience, private toilet and shower, a/c good, electrical outlets adequate, good elevator, excellent soundproofing in busy building (little-to-no guest noise; could not hear any outside… significant airplane!... noise at all with window closed). Large parking lot for each hotel. Did not purchase breakfast option, but smallish area in lobby where it was served was busy in mornings. Snacks & prepackaged sandwiches/wraps, soft drinks, coffee available for purchase; had microwave to heat items also… used it with my personal mug to heat water for instant coffee and tea we packed. Staff advised ibis red next door had bar, beer/wine to go, food (burgers) to go; walked over, very busy there, prices a bit steep to me; check hours if interested. McDonald’s across highway is probably 10-15 min walk. Can’t say enough about desk staff… excellent customer service (answered questions, printed 2 documents I needed), always friendly and smiling. Kudos especially to desk staff members Dante & Lidia (spelling?).

No electric kettle in room.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and ready for us. It was very close to the airport and the shuttle bus was so relevant.

The heat was not working at all. It was so cold and even when we asked for assistance nothing was really done. We had to huddle together and cover with all the blankets as it was just one night and we were too tired to make a big deal.

The hotel has a free of charge shuttle service with a clear schedule coming and going from Schiphol. The shuttle was on time and dropped us off in front of the Hotel entrance. This is a basic budget hotel, shower and sink are in the bedroom (no separate room). Overall nice room, quite spacious. Staff was really nice and check in was fast.

The bus is shared with another Ibis Hotel, so make sure you get off at the 2nd stop. Our driver did not explain this initially and many passengers arrived at the wrong hotel. The heating wasn’t working correctly and room was a bit cold.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Budget Amsterdam Airport Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful and convenient experience. This budget-friendly hotel exceeded my expectations. The room, while compact, was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The bed was cozy, and the overall layout of the room made the most of the available space. It's perfect for a short stay, especially for those in transit or on a tight budget.

Being a budget hotel, it offers a simple breakfast option at an additional cost. It's a convenient way to start the day as there are also vending machines for snacks and beverages, but there's room for improvement.

This property is very good over all !! I always stay here and always recommend others. Specially in winters you will enjoy the environment here as well as in Christmas. This hotel is budget friendly and close to Schiphol. Free shuttle is a big advantage!!

See to be honest there is no dislike about the property and the staff itself but my last visit with IBIS budget was a little bit tensed where they charged my card twice and I have to run after the property and my bank to get the refund. Staff Sonika, Nathalie and Jolanda were brilliant as always. It was a mistake by staff Emmanuel which lead me towards the headache. Rest it’s fine and it’s ok.

The staff was extremely helpful, they also had a free shuttle to & from airport. This is very close to the airport, so if you're looking for something that's just 1 stop away from the airport, this hotel would be perfect! Their 10 Euro breakfast is decent, not too many choices, but the make your own sandwiches are perfect to start the day.

The only downside to the location is that, if you're at Amsterdam for a long trip, you would need the 'Amsterdam + Region' public transport card as the hotel is not in the Amsterdam region but in the outskirts. Still within 30-25 minutes of reach from the central Amsterdam by bus/metro.

Perfect for solo traveler. Airport shuttle every 20 minutes about 20 hours each day. I used the airport as my central location to pick up a train or a bus to the city center but there is a large bus terminal within about 1/2 mile walking. Staff was super helpful. Luggage storage was available the day I was to check in so I left my luggage about 8 am, headed back to the airport and spent the day exploring. I bought a 24 hour public transportation pass (24e I think) and spent the rest of the day and the rest of my stay being able to hop on a train or bus whenever I wanted.

This is NOT really so much what I didn’t like as it is a caution as to what to expect with the room. It is small, perfectly adequate for a single as long as you are happy with fresh, clean towels that don’t classify as fluffy; shampoo, conditioner and body wash all in one; 3 hangers; and no place other than the small desktop and a couple of high, narrow shelves if you choose to unpack. Lots of electrical outlets but they are round. They had adapters for sale in the lobby and I don’t feel like they overcharged for the one I bought.

Simple but comfortable, reliable shuttle service between airport and hotel and good breakfast.

Easy to reach location by regular free shuttle bus from the airport. Great value buffet breakfast 10Euro. Ibis hotel next door has 2 places to eat. Hairdryer available from reception. This accommodation is what you'd expect - 1 level up from staying at a hostel. Adequate for short stays if you're on a budget.

Unusual to have a shower that opens right into the bedroom. Did have good water pressure and was clean. If travelling with non-family members, could be quite awkward. Check out photos of the room before booking. Toilet does have a door, vert tiny enclosed space

I checked in at 2 am, it went smoothly because they have a 24 hour check in desk. The breakfast was good. The room was simple and all that I needed, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was also very responsive to email. I would stay here again.

The airport shuttle doesn't run after 1:20 am, I wish that it would've. In the morning as well, the airport shuttle was a little late and the first one was too full, so I had to wait for the next one, which almost made me miss my flight. I would just say be sure to give yourself plenty of time in case the airport shuttle is late.
