Very modern and up to date. Gentlemen on the desk kindly upgraded our hotel rooms. So we could check in early at 8 in the morning too because he could see how exhausted we were. Hotel was always clean. Cleaners came in everyday to change bed sheets, towels. And clean where needed cleaning. Air conditioning work great. And bed was lovely and comfortable. I have rheumatoid arthritis. So the bed being comfy was the icing on the cake. And the guy also explained to us about how and what transport to get into central. And about the tram passes which work out alot cheaper.

The lift. Only because it was very small it managed to fit 4 people in there squished with a large suitcase and to bags. But wouldn’t say it’s the best for people who don’t like confined spaces

As for the pros: 1. The hotel works 24/7, the front door can be opened with a card. 2. Despite the reparations of the corridors, the rooms are clean and quiet. However, we have changed privilege room to a standard one, and it seemed to be cleaner. 3. The mattresses are veeery comfortable. 4. The mini bar in the Privilege room is stocked with items that can be used free of charge. There were candy bars, sodas and beer. 5. It is possible to pay for the room in cash. A big plus for that.

As for the minuses: 1. It is inconvenient to go to the hotel by public transport, infrastructure for pedestrians is poorly developed although this issue rather city’s not a hotel’s. 2. The standard room we moved in for one night seemed to be cleaner than the privileged one we stayed for 3 nights at.

I liked that it was clean, beautiful rooms, the mini fridge always stocked with drinks you can have free of charge. They have a very comfortable bed, and the green spaces outside are really nice. The food they serve it's also really great.

The hotel is really good. But I wouldn’t recommend to stay unless you have a car. To get to the center from the hotel is easy, there is a bus close by and then a tram taking you directly to most of the city parts. The travel time is around 35 min. But coming back is the difficult part, because you need to go to the airport and take the bus to the hotel, which is a 40 to 50 min ride.

Good, comfortable and clean rooms that have been updated. Great breakfast selection. Great proximity to airport for our last night before flying home. Privilege room with mini bar was nice. Most of the staff very polite and friendly.

Noisy neighbors. Inconsiderate person brought a speaker to their room and blasted music all night. Reception spoke to them and they turned it down but bass still penetrated walls. What's wrong with people like that. We come to hotels to rest, duh. Old elevator and small. Hallways do not represent rooms well. Was a nice surprise when we opened door and entered room.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Easy enough to navigate public transport to the centre of Amsterdam. Close to the airport. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Nice lake across the road to go for a morning walk.

We stayed at a time when the hotel was being refurbished. This meant the corridors to the room were not aesthetically pleasing, and the building work was visible. The gym was not good, with some equipment broken and not safe to use. Car park very expensive at €25 per day.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We were so impressed by the location, which made finding the hotel, when driving, easier than being in the heart of Amsterdam. The room was big and we had one of the best night's rest on a super comfy bed. The breakfast was varied and scrumptious. We also had one of the best sandwiches late at night - ordered through the self service system. The reception staff was helpful, friendly and quick to book us in and out. All round a 10 out of 10 experience.

Nothing!

The staff of the hotel was very kind and willing to help you, the room was nice, the reception lounge area was very beautiful and stilish, the bed was very comfy, when we left we took bus 369 to the airport ( 2 long stations-very near ), the lake/park was very near the hotel.

The location was a little bit to far from the city center ( we changed 2 public transportation to reach the center-bus 369 and tram 2, but at least the station was very near, 8 minutes walking ), the water didn't drained well in the shower and our room was on ground floor ( end of the corridor and we walk a little bit ), some neighbours was little bit noisy, but all in all it was a nice experience.

It was comfortable. Having an in-house bar and dining was an added advantage. Wish there was a fridge in the room. A service station with a mini store-cum-coffee place serving sandwiches and hot food was very helpful.

Although close to the airport, it was quite far from the city and central station, a little costly by Uber/Taxi. Good for overnight stay but as a tourist/visitor quite far.

Didnt have breakfast. So cannot answer that. Room was ok and silent and love that there was a fridge and safe in the room. The housekeeper was fast but not thorough

The room was very dirty. Cobwebs.... dust everywhere except the 'shiny spots" in the bathroom. under the bed was extremely nasty. Also shelves in closet var covered in dust. Buy a vaccumcleaner for the maid😅
