Location was excellent and staff very friendly. The common area is wonderful and the coffee machine even more. it was clean and beds were comfortable.
First night we stayed in a room on the ground floor that was very dark and we could hear everything that happened I. the common area. But we were able to move upstairs and that room was great.

The location was perfect. There were restaurants and public transportation nearby which was very convenient for us. We also enjoyed having the canal right in front of the hotel. We could enjoy the bridges and walking the canal at night time. The staff were always pleasant and very friendly. We appreciated their hospitality.
The rooms were small and it was hot with just the fan and opening the windows. There were mixups with the hand soap and the bodywash/shampoo, but we had our own so we didn't worry about them.

The staff is amazing. I received more help than I could have imagined, from the help with charging my phone to the lines drawn by Marina on maps, which helped me locate a number of places I wanted to visit. The care and attention were truly remarkable. I also appreciated the lovely coffee and apples in the lobby. The gentleman who cleaned the rooms was also very kind and helpful. My room, though tiny, was quite adequate for my needs and the bathroom meticulously clean.
Since a few of the days were unseasonably hot, the lack of air conditioning was a problem for me. I perspired so much that this put a bit of a damper on my stay. I would gladly pay a bit more to have A.C.

Canal view room was a good size, its was lovely and clean. Fan was provided which really helped with the heat. The smaller standard rooms were a little more cramped but we were perfectly happy with it, the canal view rooms are worth the extra. We stayed for 2 nights in a standard room and when our flights home was cancelled we booked a further 2 nights in a canal view room. Tv provided, body wash and shampoos were provided and also a hair dryer. Having viewed a nearby hotel when our flight was cancelled I can safely say you really are getting value for money here. Staff were more than helpful in everything we needed
A breakfast option would have been good, I know a restaurant wouldn’t be an option but maybe cereals and croissants near the coffee area

The staff was always very friendly and made us feel welcome. They accommodated my last-minute request for an early check-in and that made me very happy. Smoking (anything) is not allowed in the hotel, which is a great relief and comfort for non-smokers in the tourist area of Amsterdam. A big plus for my caffeine-loving soul is the free access to the coffee area. The room we stayed in is small but very complete and well-distributed. The hotel is close to the main tourist areas, yet the street is very quiet and peaceful. I definitely hope to return. Thanks a lot to the staff :)

Location was really good, right next to restaurant segment of red light district. Rijksmuseum about 6 min walk and next to Hard Rock Cafe. Everything else varied 10-30 min walk but convenient as hotel is located in central Amsterdam. Very clean, lovely staff. Close to two very good smoking cafes and definitely try eggs benaddicted cafe, they do amazing breakfasts and right next to easy times cafe if you are on a wake and bake vibe.
It’s slightly noisy as you can heave toilets flushing and other residents walking and talking but it is not so bad as it’s a deterrent. You are going to get that in any hotel for these prices in a fab location.

Anna the receptionist the best ever. She was very helpful and always greeted us with the biggest smile. She deserves a pay rise. A brilliant addition to the hotel Mozart. I also liked the view from the bedroom. Plus the lift was a real help to me. . All in all it was an enjoyable stay at your hotel
I didn't like that there was no breakfast available. Having mobility problems I found it difficult to walk to cafes. However there was complimentary coffee. Perhaps a few croissants or pancakes to purchase would have been a bonus though I really don't have much to complain about other than that.

Lovely staff who were always very helpful, good tea, coffee and apples available in the reception area, clean and good location. Had everything we needed.
The rooms were not well soundproofed so if someone was packing at midnight or 5 in the morning in the room above, there was lots of thumping. There was one group of loud guests in the corridor at antisocial times in the morning, but the vast majority of guests were quiet.

Im a very regular visitor to Amsterdam for leisure, and I've stayed in some not so nice hotels, but Hotel mozart isn't one of them. It's a great place to stay with what seems like nice clientele to match. The free tea & coffee are great, and the lounge area is fantastic. Most hotels in Amsterdam are real estate poor, but they've done fantastic with the space, including a lift and lounge area, which is very cosy. The staff were great and very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
Cosy lounge free tea & coffee lift and staff.
