The Bank Hotel is located about a ten minute walking distance from Amsterdam Centraal and a decent walk if you want to venture into the rest of Amsterdam. There are still a significant amount of bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast options is decent, nothing fancy but simple meal to get through the morning. I also like the staff allows you to store your luggage if you need to kill time before checking in or after checking out.

The rooms could've been cleaned a little better and the design of the bathroom door isn't ideal if you are traveling with a friend. The pricing is a little high but compared to other lodging options in Amsterdam this hotel is a little more spacious and newer.

The hotel was located only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, really close by to the centre of Amsterdam, located in a quiet part considering its location. The room was really comfy and the balcony was the perfect addition when booking the stay, bed was super comfy and there was an added bonus of a fridge in the room.

The Bank Hotel is in the perfect location and found it easy to walk most places (which we did!). The hotel is close to lots of Cafes, shops, supermarkets and restaurants and is approximately a 12 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal, and about the same distance to the Red Light District. As it was my Birthday, the staff had put in the extra effort to make my stay special with a small treat which was super appreciated. The room was clean, enough space for two people and a special shoutout to the shower which was so nice! Really enjoyed my stay here!

Our stay at The Bank Hotel in Amsterdam was absolutely perfect—5/5! The room was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. It’s strategically placed, close to everything you’d want to explore in the city. A special mention to Macarena, who made our experience even more memorable. She was so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommend staying here!

If there’s one thing to improve, it would be the breakfast. It would be great to have more variety, especially with the eggs—not just hard-boiled. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

A great place in Amsterdam. Super spacious family room with a big bathroom. Really clean and nice. Very friendly staff. You should definitely try the meat restaurant on the first floor. Great steak experience!

Great location! Quiet. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Possibility to leave luggage both prior to check-in and after check-out. Small fridge, kettle and espresso coffee machine in the room. Complementary mini fairy cakes in reception which were very good!

The wardrobe was very small, single size, and there was no chest of drawers, so we had to use our suitcase to store our sweaters. The extractor fan in the bathroom ceiling was full of dust, but everything else was clean. No shower cap provided.

From check-in was wished happy birthday 🎂 as I informed them before arriving, easy straight forward check in. When I opened my room, wow, there were balloons and a well written birthday message in a card for my birthday 🎂 🥳, I was touched. Beautiful room, had a view, covered the bathroom, it was clean. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast the next day was awesome 👌, I had a variety of food to choose from, and the dining 🍽 was not crowded 😀 , I relaxed and took my time to enjoy my breakfast 😀. Even on checkout, I was offered to leave my bag if I had things to do in town. Wow, that's care. That's awesome customer service. Thanks again, The Bank Hotel xxx.

very nice room ,nicely furnished and clean we had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the road ,but no noise due to excellent double glassing paid extra for breakfast which was continental but plenty of choice! beds were very comfortable and clean sheets ,fresh towels every day!

i think the only downside that we found was the walk-in shower/wet room! the drain was at the back of the shower area ,so the water didn't drain away quick enough and consequentialy you had large puddles in the middle of the shower room by the wash hand basin!
