Location is excellent, close to public transportation, old city, restaurants and shops, and for me especially good as I needed to be close to the TU Delft. Breakfast is very good, with several options, and I especially liked that the coffee machine for espresso, cappuccino, etc. is made available for the whole day.

There is a quite large living room, but if you wish to eat there your own food bought outside, there are no plates and cutlery. They are in the kitchen, but you are not allowed to enter the kitchen. There is no microwave and refrigerator, not even for a common use. The apartment is very tinny, very difficult for two persons. There is practically no space to put cloth. Also, the shower has very reduced size so that you cannot bend there if you need to.

It was a family-like hotel. The dining room was very cute and accessible throughout the day. There was also a garden sitting area for guests. You could sit there and drink coffee or tea, which was free, and consume your own food. The personnel was always very nice. The breakfasts were great! The location is great. It is in a quiet locality, about 15 minutes from the city centre. You can go by walking everywhere.

The water pressure in the shower bath was low, and the door to the bathroom did not seal. If two people are in the room, it could be uncomfortable.

Excellent breakfast, very good and warm service, helpful and attentive (7 am to 11 pm through, which is very rare for such small hotels). Despite the old (and charming) building, everything (heating, warm shower, etc.) works well. I liked the relaxed atmosphere of a small boutique hotel, with however attention to the details. Excellent location : in a calm neighborhood, 10 min walking distance to the beautiful centre of Delft as well as 10 min to the Technical University.

Virtually nothing (it is true that in some double-bed rooms you won't have enough comfort space for two people, the bed is just taking so much space, and often the bathrooms are tiny. For one, it is very fine though).

I had an amazing stay! It was one of the best experiences I've had. The room and the hotel always smelled wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. They served a delicious breakfast with a variety of coffee and tea options. Having an iron available was especially useful for my conference presentation. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the Netherlands. It felt like staying in a fairytale hotel, with birds chirping when I opened my windows at sunrise. It was a truly unique experience.

Despite the small size room was furnished decently, decorated nicely and had small luxury elements such as light dimmer and heated floor in bathroom - it's details like that give a regular hotel room a cozy homely feeling. The garden and the lounge room downstairs with a variety of free hot beverages and treats were also delightful. The hotel is located short walk away from city center and train station, yet surrounded by quiet peaceful atmosphere

Room was lovely, but so so tiny - huge bed barely left any space to walk inside, for two people it's definitely a bit tight, bordering on claustrophobic. The immediate neighborhood is sleepy and has basically nothing to offer, one must make a small trip each time they want to have a meal or visit a museum

The location couldn't have been any better. The neighborhood is typical of Delft. It is very quiet and very close to the university. The hotel breakfast was beyond my expectations based on past experiences in other hotels in this city. It was fresh, very rich and delicious every morning. The lobby/lounge area and the patio are great common places to hangout by yourself or with your visitors. The room, sheets and towels were impeccably clean. Everything worked in the room, the shower, the lights, the hairdryer, the clothing iron. You can rent bikes at the hotel for a rate. Umbrellas by the door are for guests to grab on rainy days. And the staff was absolutely nice. They were different every day and all of them were very warm and helpful.

An inconsiderate guest talked for hours on her phone from her room one night and morning, and I could hear it while trying to sleep. The hotel is meticulous with quiet times on the property. This was on the guest, it just made me think that coming with kids may be tricky if the building does not have sound insulation.

Absolutely lovely cosy little hotel near city centre of Delft. Very nice modern room, quiet location in residential area. Immaculately clean. Friendly staff. Free coffee machine in dining room was very much appreciated as we both love coffee. Dining room was beautifully decorated for Christmas and incredibly cosy with lots of candles everywhere, gave us goosebumps! Delft itself was wonderful and is on our list of cities to return to.

Fabulous breakfast. The hotel does not serve lunch or dinner but they let you use the dining room for a take out and use of microwave. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly staff. Superior room - comfortable bed. Nice toiletries. Only 10 minutes walk to centre, 5 minutes to Blue Delft museum/factor/shop.

There is no lift but there are rooms on ground floor if this is required.

The rooms were clean and my room was especially spacious and lovely. The living room/ dining area is quite handy and we had some quick dinner that we had bought from outside in this space. There is a nice garden area at the back of the property where you can smoke or chill during summer times.

Honestly, everything was good, but the double bed was basically two singles pushed together, so I woke up in the middle of the night in the crack of the bed! :D But, otherwise the bed was comfy, and the room was quiet, so I fell back asleep no problem.

Relatively not far from the train station, but far enough, we destroyed the suitcases' wheels on the brick pavement until we got there. Three old houses were connected to make this small cosy hotel. Some staff were very nice, but one man was rude at arrival. The rooms were very small, there was no place for two suitcases. Delicious breakfast, not a big variety and very small amounts, many times we had to ask for a refill. It is a good place overall.
