- free of charge parking, as the hotel is located in the shopping area - good breakfast options for a reasonable price for the area (17€) - the bed and pillows were comfortable - spacious room and bathroom, water kettle available in the room - complementary water bottle at the reception

- air conditioning system is loud both in the room and the bathroom - poor window isolation, you can hear traffic in the busy roads beside - both the sink and the shower were jammed, so the water was not flushing down properly - when I arrived, it was quite chilly in the room

Breakfast was good and staff in all the areas was always kind and ready to help. Good quality of internet. The hotel has a nice restaurant, all you kind eat type. Hotel is near to a bus station and 10 minutes of tram.

Rooms are a little bit smaller than expected.

The location is excellent if you need to travel to any of Den Haag, Delft, or Leiden as it is right beside the motorway and all are within 10-20 minutes. The breakfast was fine, with plenty of hot or cold options. The room was perfect for a short stay especially the bed which was very comfortable. Also the bathroom in the room was really spacious and nice with a large shower.

The water pressure was a little low sometimes but this could have been as we were on the top floor. There is free parking at the hotel but it is also used for the casino and restaurant downstairs and so it was sometimes difficult to fine a space. Location is great if you have a car but is a bit out of Delft if you are walking/cycling.

Convenient location if you have a car, easily accessible to Delft and The Hague. Large car park outside offering free parking, which the city hotels generally don’t have. Cheaper than other similar options when we stayed in late April for the Keukenhof. Very pleasant reception staff who gave us bottles of water each day.

Challenging to find parking outside on a Sunday evening but otherwise no issues. The hotel restaurant is a buffet and very busy, we didn’t eat there but better options in Delft which is a short drive or taxi away.

The hotel is located near the highway between The Hague and Rotterdam in a commercial area. Good for people who travel by car as there are plenty free parking lots available. Not so good for people which want to have restaurants and bars around. Walking distance to Delft city center around 30 mins, however there is a public bus stop nearby. Rooms have been clean and good, but could offer little more space.

No bar in the hotel, breakfast was quiet expensive ( EUR 17.50 ) for the offered food. Only one staff at reception at check out time.

Nice rooms, comfy bad, towels were changed daily! Free parking, so good options if you come by car and intend to visit Den Hague or Leiden in the area

Horrible garbage smell in the halls on the 7th floor. It didn’t smell in the room, though, but every time we went out of the elevator we had to hold the urge to vomit

The hotel is very quiet, and well place with a very close bus stop and highway. The room was always clean. The bedding was very comfortable, the bathroom and room spacious. The wireless connection is not perfect but enough for web browsing and email.

There are not many options to eat nearby other than the hotel's own buffet, a McDonalds, and a KFC that is difficult to access on foot.

The room was very comfortable, it had good conditions to sit and work on the table, good bathroom products, and overall clean. Good lighting and quiet hotel. In the surroundings of the hotel you also have some amenities. Even though I didn’t use it, the hotel has a buffet restaurant and a casino.

I only stayed for 1 night but found everything to be in good conditions and order. In the future I’ll definitely consider staying again at the hotel.

Delicious and variety breakfast, easy access location, the staff friendly and serviceable, Comfort and excellent access to magnificent view to The Hague and delft. Great panorama view from my room and will love to repeat it whenever I book Riva Hotel again.

Not healthy shower water evacuation. Shower water stagnated and created a pool of ditty water. Although it was repaired and not fully resolved. This must be properly and professionally done once and for all.

Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were large, and bed was very comfortable.

As others have stated car parking is an issue, especially between 18:00 - 20:00hrs, as it has to be shared between the restaurant and the casino. They had a car parking attendant who was not able to advise of anywhere else to park.
