the service of the hotel is great, we arrived late and the hotel stayed in touch with us so we would have access even when we arrived very late, luckily that was not necessary. Very good breakfast and dinner facilities, special dinner menus as well, surprising.

What most surprised me was that noise from other rooms was very present like the above rooms taking showers and coughing neighbour which seemed like next to my bed, for the rest all was very positive, but this i had not expected

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries, breads, cereals, fruits, yogurts, and eggs. You can also order fried eggs or omlett. The room was enormous and it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower.

The spa was located on ground floor of the hotel and had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sauna that was out of order was the finnish sauna. But another sauna was still available and it was very relaxing.

The hotel and the spa are amazing, the spa is deep cleaned every-morning during breakfast time, and the ladies for the spa treatments are very professional (Students learning to become beauticians from a school around) The room is very clean and spacious, the Queen bed is extra confortable, and pillows as well. The breakfast is full of everything you need, from breads, cereals, fruits, eggs, meat, cheeses, coffee, teas, juices, champagne and there is a waffle cooker !!! Not forget to mentioned the staff super friendly and helpful everywhere in the hotel and the spa. Very relaxing time there, would absolutely come back !!!

The only down side, is the restaurant next door: the service is ok, but not the quality, the quantity, and the time !! I've waited 45 minutes to get a small cold starter and an other 45 minutes for my meal, with a very poor presentation. Not a great experience... The spa from the hotel restauration is coming from the restaurant as well, so same issue with time and presentation... I was told there is an issue with the kitchen staff, but that should be mentioned before the services, and it is apparently a recurrent issue over the past few years. Just saying

The airlines lost our luggage and the hotel staff did an outstanding job in trying to track our bags down. The front desk staff were persistent and were able to have one of our bags delivered to the hotel. The restaurant is located in a seperate building next to the hotel. The restaurant management and staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food (we ate breakfast and dinner) was excellent.

Once we arrived, it took a couple of attempts to get the room we wanted due to an error in the hotels computer system. The hotel was making some renovations but no mention of this was made during our booking. The renovations did not effect our stay.

Very good experience overall. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great dinner and breakfast selection.

The spa area generally had something to offer for everyone (fairly big pool, relaxation area, steam sauna). Just the traditional saunas were disappointing as they have been small out-door barrels which did not quite reach the heat of a 'Finnish sauna'.

- Some hick-ups - been given the wrong (unmade) room, some TV channels were not functioning properly, had to temporarily switch rooms (again) . - in a 5 star hotel I would expect some kind of a (small) compensation when things are not up to specs. but that didn't happen. - Overal more a 4 than 5 star hotel. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, but a typical 5 star luxury feel is missing. - location is far away from anything, even shops, restaurants and so on.

Everything was perfect. We came specifically for swimming pool option, because we travelled with 7 yo daughter. Apart from swimming pool, we enjoyed very much different kinds of sauna.

I can not come up with anything negative.

Very nice room, specious and comfortable and the facilities provided were excellent. The spa was really nice as well. Huge car park (15euro a night charge)

The housekeeping was done in small stages throughout the day, and sometimes wouldn't be completed until after 5pm. The location is a little out of the way.

The staff is amazing! Always helpful :) Easy access both by car and public transportation, the SPA is very relaxing and the food is very good. We also got a room upgrade for our wedding anniversary and this was really nice ❤️

The spa was beautiful and calm. It had an outside hot tub and glass saunas. There were all kinds of options for the solarium and steam rooms. The room was gorgeous and the restaurant food was amazing!! They left us with a dog bed, treats and bowls in the room too. The bed had a built in TV. Outside had very well kept grounds.

Nothing! The place exceeded expectations. We had a great time.
