From the moment I stepped into this beautifully restored 1908 building, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of incredible tranquility and authentic elegance. The attention to detail in every corner of the charming house is simply breathtaking. Jos, the owner, is the heart and soul of this place. His warmth, generosity, and genuine interest in making your stay unforgettable set Sycamore apart from any other accommodation I've experienced. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home, offering local tips, delicious breakfasts, and engaging conversations and piano magical playing. The location is more than perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of the city center. The large garden is an oasis of calm, perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning sun. Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, from the cozy comfortable bed and stylish decor to the delicious teas and coffees and welcoming friendly service. I cannot recommend Boutiquehotel Sycamore highly enough. If you're looking for a truly unforgettable special place to stay in Eindhoven, look no further. Jos, you are an astonishing host, man, manager, artist and friend, because yes! definitely we became friends and we'll meet each other again!

The house is in a very peaceful area, that you can reach in 10/15 minutes walking from the city center. The owner is very friendly and available for any needs. At the same price is rare to find accomodations in the city and with the private bathroom. There is a also a water kettle and coffe machine. Even if the room is not particularly big, there is everything you need and well organized. I'll definitely choose this place again if I need again an accomodation in the city.

Since there are other rooms for other customers at the same floor, it can happen to hear noises if people come home later in the night. I report this since it can bother some people (it was not a problem at all in my case).

The neighbourhood is fantastic! It looks so nice and tranquil, with many flora, fauna(all kinds of wild birds), and beautiful houses. If you enjoy nature you would looooove this place to death. The room and house are nicely decorated, comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

Location is a little bit far from the train station if you come on foot with a big backpack like me. But it's no big deal if you enjoy the view on the way.

Everything...!!! The bedroom was beautiful, with a separate lounge filled with books, games, dining table, and sofas. So much space! An added extra, steps led up to an attic space filled with vinyl records and player...!!! Just wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities. Jos is a wonderful host, greeting us with drinks and being so amenable when our travel plans were delayed. We will definitely visit again. THANK YOU.

The location is very good, 17min walking distance to the train station. The neighbourhood is really nice, pretty houses. We have stayed there for 3 nights. The host is friendly, he showed us around when we arrived. He also brought us a second quilt because we were two people. We could have coffee/tea in his kitchen. They live in the same house, but never disturbed us. Outside there is a small garden, very quiet, perfect place to drink your coffee in the morning.

During the night the heating was turned off, so in the morning and during the night we felt the cold (we went there in November 2022). The towels didn’t smell like clean (they were clean, but smelt different when you actually get out of the shower)

Location is really nice, in an old house in a leafy area of Eindhoven, not far from the train station (walking distance, though not with luggage). Room is large, nice and comfortable, bnb style.

Nothing to complain, there is no air-conditioning, but I did not personally feel any need for it, but maybe some guests might.

Jos was very welcoming and a great host for my whole trip. The hotel was in a beautiful and quiet location but a short walk away from the city centre. A perfect room for a solo traveller, very comfortable, clean and convenient. No faults at all and would highly recommend. I look forward to coming back to stay again!

The Hotel stays in a quiet and really nice residential area of the city from which is extremely easy to reach the centre by walking or renting one of the bikes spread all over the city to feel like a local. Our hosts have been extremely nice and welcoming, the room was really clean and spacious including both a loft and a living room as well as coffee/tea-making facilities. Enjoyed just everything about it, 100% recommended!

Location, Ambience, our host Jose was very accommodating and hands-on The Hotel is made with lots of love and passion, with music lovers who can enjoy records Or CD. The beauty was the loft area.

We had booked 2 rooms for 6 of us. Wash room was inufficient for 4 of us considering the occupants

We had 2 rooms and private bathroom at the second floor of a beautiful villa. We had all the comfort we needed, plenty of space and a lovely view to a quiet posh neighbourhood. The hosts were very nice and accommodating and the whole location was very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had excellent sleep, as the only sounds were made by birds chirping. It was a nice experience to live in such a nice Dutch house and surroundings for 2 days; wish I had stayed more and would love to return.

There was nothing to bother us. The rented rooms are indeed in the same house as the hosts live and the only way to get to the second floor is by stairs. People who consider these issues should just choose something else
