The location was brilliant, a 3 min walk to bus No 300 which takes you right in to the centre of Haarlem ( or train station for easy access to Amsterdam ).Breakfast was stunning , but found the applejuice ran out quickly lol.The room was luxurious with a bathroom bigger than many hotel rooms ive stayed in. Temperature control was easy and effective. Nespresso coffee machine and kettle provided and a good supply of consumables. I was able to use my netflix account on the flatscreen tv.

Had to order iron and ironing board, not in room. Also was lacking in simple drawer space

The room was spacious, the breakfast has a great variety of cold meat, cheese, fruits, yogurt, pastry and etc. The staff is kind and the bathroom is amazing! It was one of the best that I've been in a hotel. The shower has a nice control of the temperature and great pressure. For those who prefer bathtub, the hotel also has a big one.

I don't have much to add. The hotel is a little far from the city center (30 min walking from Haarlem center and 50 using public transportation to Amsterdam center), but it had 2 different bus stops near the hotel hat helped me to reach every destination I needed with efficiency

The hotel facilities were superb. The spaces are large inside the room and within the rest of the facilities. The hotel was really high quality. The only thing I am disappointed is that they did not clean my room one of the nights.

My room was not cleaned one of the nights which was really disappointing for this kind of hotel and service you expect. The reception team said they will check what happened but never came back to me. I asked them later on, and they did not know what happened. They gave me a ticket for 3 drinks, which I never used....

This hotel was a delight to stay at. The room was huge, very clean (great smell), bed was very comfortable and the staff was a pleasure. The location of the hotel is not central, but this is not a bad thing- it is close (7 minutes) to an Albert Heijn (which makes life easy) and it’s about 5 minutes from bus stations that can take you anywhere (e.g. Haarlem train station). Another good thing about the hotel is the fact that it’s quiet- if you want to rest, this is the place. The walls are great, you can’t hear the neighbors, and the noise from the hallways is relatively low. Free wifi was great and fast. Bottom line, I really enjoyed the stay- and I would recommend this hotel!

Nothing…really.

The location was great. It was just enough on the outskirts to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the city, but still close enough that it wasn't too bad to get around. We had free parking as a guest which was amazing, because that seems to be quite a rarity in this area, especially when most people seem to get around on bikes. You can rent bikes from the hotel. We felt comfortable with the staff because they were all extremely polite, helpful, and us not speaking very much Dutch wasn't an issue because the staff we dealt with spoke English as well. The room itself was nice and had lots of space, and we especially enjoyed the fact that it had a patio.

The pillows were a little hard for our personal taste, but nothing unbearable.

The hotel is quite luxurious and offers great, albeit pricey, experience. The location, despite being quite far from Haarlem center, as well as any other attractions, is actually still nice: the hotel is located at the crossing of multiple bus routes, making it a convenient place to reach (via no more than 1 transfer) many destinations in Nortth and South Holland: Haarlem, Amsterdam, Keukenhof, ... There is a big and nice Albert Heijn nearby.

The hotel is pricey, and far away from any interesting places. Our room had a very annoying step at the entrance: it is not wheelchair-accessible due to it, and as the toilet is located right above the step, you need to pass it every time you go there. As it can be easy to miss it at night, there is a light that reacts on movement and stays on for 5 mins. It cannot be switched off earlier, thus making an unpleasant sleeping experience - the total darkness is not achievable.

The renovated hotel is really comfortable and spacious. The room could not be better. There is a rapid bus connection into the center every 10 minutes, it's easier to leave the car and jump onto a bus.

The only and major improvement required is for staff training. Most in reception and bar were new and inexperienced. Their training had been inadequate in both places. The new bar staff were attentive to their manager and to bar tasks. Unfortunately the manager had not shown them how to be attentive to clients. It's a beautiful and comfortable bar but having to go to the bar after waiting for 10 minutes to ask for service is unacceptable. Hopefully the manager will realise that being busy is not the same as satisfying customer needs - and change the training plan.

Efficient and friendly check-in. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We tried to book a family suite but none were available and asked for two adjoining rooms, instead were give two next to each other which was fine. Good location for getting into Amsterdam on public transport and there was a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Parking was good and charging our electric car was free, though two of the five chargers weren’t working. We would stay here again.

We had a corner room close to the road which was a bit noisy and the overall cost was a bit pricey! However we didn’t realise that the Easter weekend was the most expensive time of the year to stay of in/around Amsterdam!

Nice Breakfast, Location excellent as i have rented a car and the parking is free for guests

Some pillows was very soft, I don’t feel comfortable. The first night was in a room where it’s toilet separated in a section and the shower in another section. It was uncomfortable for me as you need to pass through the room to shift from section to another, water is necessary to wash after toilet, rather than shattaf which is extra I hope if could be fixed besides the toilet in all hotels

The hotel is a modern building the interior is stylish. It is situated in a business area a short distance from the centre easily accessed in a car or on public transport with a bus stop outside linking to all other public transport links. Rooms were attractively decorated & styled & despite being cold outside it was a comfortable temperature which could be easily controlled in the room room safe was in the wardrobe. Teabags with kettle & pod coffee machine with plenty of top ups available from reception if needed. Environmentaly aware hotel with no cleaning/ towel changes being done if not required there was no noise through the night. Massive choice of cooked & continental breakfast served in an attractive restaurant on a buffet basis. Never used the restaurant for a meal other than breakfast but when passing it was always busy & the menu looked nice & reasonable. Hotel does cheap bike hire & there is a public pool to the rear of the hotel with tickets at reception. Check in & out were simple & all the staff were happy to help, polite, professional & stylishly dressed in the corporate uniform so easily identifiable. Will definitely return to this hotel & use the chain in other places
