Loved everything about my stay here! It was my favourite stop off of around Europe. Loved the app that lets you control the lights and put on music. I thought you would be able to hear other pods but you can’t Staff were lovely and very happy to give directions or advice on what to do Downstairs has a few games that we played in the evenings before going out. Wristbands were a brilliant idea, gets you in your room as well as a payment method for the self service bar.
Was a bit unsure if the outdoor area was for the hotel or wagammmas and as a smoker this would of been handy to know.

The check in and out were the smoothest that I have ever experienced. I loved the concept of the pods. The beds were super comfortable. I loved the different light selection in the room and how easy it was to control and change the lights from my phone. It was very quiet in the rooms despite being on a busy street. I loved having a bluetooth speaker in my room. The hubs and bathrooms were very clean. Great and friendly staff members with great knowledge of the area and good recommendations. Great location. Very close to most attractions sites. Close to the Central station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend.
I loved everything about this place. One of the best places I have stayed this year!

Great place! Super comfortable for one person. The cubicle is neat and cozy. I really liked the Bluetooth speakers inside, the led lights and that is soundproof. The location is close to everything and right in the center of the nightlife. I definitely recommend it!
- There were some people knocking and screaming in the hallway one of the mornings. - It is a little strange feeling in the morning when the first light you see is not sunlight but artificial.

The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful. It was nice that they sent us a bit of information on who was at the reception at that point in time (via email), so if we needed anything, we knew who to ask. They had a microwave and a few tables set up in the common area, which was very tidy (and even had some board games and card games). The bathroom was very clean and quite spacious. The hub itself was clean and very cute. It was great that we could connect to the speakers via bluetooth, as we used them to listen to music and watch a few episodes of our favorite shows. The lights were a lot of fun to play around with and the app was very easy to use. Overall, it was a clean, tidy and reasonably priced accommodation.
We were in a top hub so had to go up the stairs into our nook. The steps were all opaque and black, so it felt treacherous to go up/get down while the lights were off. If staying on a top hub alone, that would not be an issue, but I wake up before my partner and had to use the restroom in the middle of the night. We thought this issue could easily be fixed if the steps' edges were painted white (to contrast with the black) or had reflective tape stuck to them.

The room might be a little squashed for two but perfect for solo travelers. The bed is comfortable and I like it that you can find multiple power sockets in the room! I downloaded the app to play with the lights, which was fun. I like the speakers the best! It made me feel at home (I play music all the time when I’m home). The location is great too, easy walk to tourist attractions and restaurants. Love it!
The only complaint if there’s any would be the lights in the shower and toilet room. They should be more sound sensitive… The lights went out once when I was in the middle of the shower, but because only movements can trigger the lights, I had to finish my shower and got dressed in the complete darkness 🤣

Inexpensive option (considering Rotterdam prices) in a very good location, close to everything of interest and public transport. For only some nights the hubs are really good idea, a good midpoint between hostels and hotels. The hub was quite clean, as well as all common spaces including toilettes. They gave you a wristband that served as key and to pay in all vending machines, that was quite clever. The hubs were great, I really liked the speakers, the possibility of controlling the lights (color, intensity) with the phone, and that it was very well soundproofed.
The first night wifi was great, but the second and third the hostel was full and wifi suffered a lot because of it, I had to use my own mobile data since wifi was basicallly useless in some point. My whole stay one of the two WCs my floor had was out of service. I would have appreciated a *tiny* bit more of space within the standing area of the hub. For some reason the women bathrooms had an extra dispenser with cream / body lotion that wasn't in the men toilettes...

This is an absolute gem of a place and I'd 100% stay there again. The locating is perfect. Street full of cafe's, cool bars and restaurants. Wagamama's actually next door with a nice terrace. Staff are so helpful and also just give off great vibes in general. Incredibly informative for anything you ask about.
Rooms could be slightly cooler. Fine with one person, a little warm with two. Certainly not a problem though.

This is the best "post-modern" hotel in the world. You have an impression that you are travelling on a space-ship. Everythng is digitalized. And the place is amazing: Witte de Withstraat is the very center of the city. You need 5 minutes to reach everything interesting.
The crowd at the Witte de Withstraat is exciting, of course. But these people drink beer and eat everyday, so on your third or fourth day it's a bit annoying. If you don't like the carnival everyday around you, it would be not so easy, but I would not say that these drinking people are noisy and agressive.

The room was pretty comfortable despite the little space. Fresh towels and bathrobes were at our disposal, as well as abundant shower gel, soap and lotion in the bathrooms. The availability of secure lockers where to leave our belongings even after check out was much appreciated, certainly a great convenience. The employees are friendly and helpful, although if you want it would be very easy to carry out all the actions (check in, check out, purchase drinks, etc.) even independently through the provided wristbands.
The carpet on the floor was not up to standards, both in the corridors and in the rooms, it had many stains and gave an overall sense of dirt The women's bathrooms (at least on the third floor) had large windows directly on the main street, I could see and be seen clearly by anyone in the building opposite...

My first time in a pod hotel. It worked well for me as a solo traveller. Shared bathroom was kept very clean. Short queueing for shower in morning, but generally no waiting. Self-service bar & snacks were welcomed (bar closes at 11pm). 15 minute walk from train station. Recommended café is The Reef - a 20-minute walk away, where you can sit & relax in the most weirdly wonderful décor. Check it out!
