I liked that they let me in so late after a harrowing day of flight delays, train and then taxi! being able to open window for cool air to sleep but I took out hearing aids ;) it was party night out there. Great to be able to leave luggage for a couple hours. free coffee at breakfast room.

I did not like having to drag my heavy (26kg) suitcase down and then up 10 stairs once I took elevator to 3rd floor, especially when reception did not let me know at check in,so I could have asked for help, I am 72 yrs old.

Space: 9/10 Bed comfort: The single beds were very comfy but the double mattress was not Room cleanliness: 5/10 as it was quite dusty in many areas and not great for dust allergy sufferers Bathroom cleanliness: 5/10 It was okay but a deep clean is needed. Shower and water pressure: 9/10 the shower was fantastic. Noise: the occupants in the room above were extremely noisy so the sound travels well. The road can be busy and noisy but not too bad Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful Location: 10/10

Could have been cleaner and no kettle or glasses in room

The location is perfect. Two mins away from fwo different tram stations. And less than 10 minute walk to the port (which is a lovely place for exercising near the water or just chilling.) The owners of the hotel are very friendly as well. There was an elevator which helped a lot with the luggage. I had a single room. Size was very good and it was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options as well.

Not much.. The corridoors and the shared bathrooms smelled like smoke most of the time. I am not sure if guests were allowed to smoke there.. Maybe that's why. It was a hot week so my room was quite hot most of the time.

There are structures that do not make you understand what place in the world you are. This place makes you understand, you are in the center of Rotterdam. 👍🏼 Very welcoming structure in a central position. the management is personal, direct and effective.

The bathrooms outside the room are never 100% comfortable but there are enough of them and they are constantly cleaned and tidied.

Staff and owners of the hotel are so incredibly friendly that they really made our day and eased of the short nights. They answered every one of our numerous questions, welcomed our little son, provided a baby bed and made us feel home. We got recommendations on restauransta dn helped us organize a trip to the beach. If you have a spare day in Rotterdam, we can really recommend to go to the beach (Hoek van Holland). It's a 10 min walk to the next subway station (Eendrachtsplein) and from there 30 mins with the train (B line). In the summer time a free bus connection is provided (3 mins directly to the beach) and you can all make it for not even 8 EUR round trip - it was a GREAT day!

Unfortunately the walls of the hotel are VERY thin and therefore it was quite noisy in the room. We did have a room located towards to back court of the hotel, which was good but unfortunately right next to the door of the stairway and each time a person came up the stairs (also at night), you could hear every word say said and the door slam back when it closed. I guess this is something that cannot be improved easily, but you need to be aware of it, especially when you are travelling with younger kids as we did.

The room was clean and well equipped as described in the room description. The toilet and bathroom was also clean and worked well. We were very satisfied with the room as it had windows facing the city street.

We had nothing to dislike.

The receptionist made me feel very welcome, straight away This hotel definitely deserves to be on the list when you are looking for accommodation in Rotterdam

The area in which the hotel is located deserves a taxi ramp, not everyone is interested in public transport The hotel reception should have details from their preferred taxi company available

The place is quite central, with lovely cafés next to it, some Parking Garages in the area and a shop opposite. The room was a decent size, and although it was the 5 bed one, it was ok for one night. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and gave exact instructions.

In the shower I would have appreciated a hose with showerhead next to the fixed one, and it can get a bit noisy due to the street front.

Had a fabulous stay , first thing was the location , very good choice near riverside & shops , restaurants, cinema & supermarket!a nice area apart from some salubrious bars! Room was comfy and cosy , good bathrooms, coffee facilities in bar it was a good find .

Nothing really it was pretty good !

bedroom with private bathroom is more than i accepted even size is 10m2. Location is 300m to Metro, very close to tram. Breakfast was good enough more than 3*, very clean. There is a bar-cafe entry. A lot of cafe’s , market nearby. Silence but early in mornings (6:30am) a little bit noise coming outside from the trams as my room was close to street side. Overall 8.3
