This is my third time here, and certainly not the last, everything is perfect: coffee and pastries, the rooms, the cleanliness, the smell of the atmosphere, the kindness of the staff, the availability of the staff by email, etc. I will definitely come back!

Beautiful aesthetic. Super luxury linens and towels, far better quality than at far more expensive hotels I stay at. Great wifi. When I requested a kettle, it was provided right away. Also, I love that they give you a free coffee if you choose not to have your room cleaned - a win-win for all. Very convenient and delicious cafe that doubles as front desk. Hotel is easy to get to, super central, easy to work the keys (esp the digital one). Strong, hot shower with excellent toiletries. One of my favorite hotel experiences.

Personally, I don't need a tub and would have preferred a table & working chair. But I was ok without them given that I could work in the cafe. However, I read that on Fri-Sat-Sun, you cannot work in the cafe with a laptop. Luckily I was there on other days but I would not be able to stay this hotel on a weekend given my work hours and the fact that for me, working on weekend mornings is a must. Not sure why they have any opinion on that and think they should just let people do what they need to do while the cafe is open :)

Friendly staff greeted me upon arrival and took the time to explain how the e-key works. They also kindly offered to help with my bag, which I found very attentive. The staff mentioned that the room at the front might have more outside noise and thoughtfully provided earplugs. A great tip for next time: request a room at the back! The room was clean and, although small, had enough space for a comfortable stay. Overall, everything was good.

I forgot to ask for a kettle for the room, so I couldn't make a hot drink. When I mentioned this to the staff, they informed me that kettles are available upon request—good to know for my next visit! I would also love to have a bathrobe in the room. The hotel provided plenty of towels, which was great.

The name "âme", from the French for soul, is a perfect fit for this hotel. This place has soul and is also the perfect place to relax and free your soul. As soon as you enter the entrance area, you are greeted by a delicate scent that is unobtrusive but at the same time wonderfully pleasant. The room itself was immaculate and captivating with its style. Every detail is taken care of here - from the handwritten welcome message to the in-house page for evening relaxation music, everything has been thought of. I have never experienced a hotel that is so clean and well thought out. You can only feel at home here and don't want to leave. The building also has a beautiful café with delicious cinnamon rolls and excellent coffee as well as smaller decorative items that are in the style of the rest of the interior and can be purchased - along with the in-house room fragrance. Furthermore the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating - such an overall package. A truly fantastic and outstanding hotel with a lot of soul!

Great location right next to a metro station and around a 15 min walk from the central station, friendly staff, easy online check in, nice 'cozy' room (just as the name suggests). The coffee downstairs is great.

The 'cozy' room on the top floor is quite small, and there are no additional amenities that I usually take for granted in any hotel room these days (e.g. no kettle for hot water, no coffee/tea sachets, no writing desk, etc.). Note that there is also no door separating the toilet/bathroom from the bedroom, it's a modern style that may or may not work for everyone (I wish we knew this beforehand). The view was also not amazing, but also not bad, strictly average.

I stayed in a monumental room. When I entered the room, it smelled very nice and fresh as the room was filled with aromatic scent. So nice! Amenities are high quality (like organic cotton slippers and bamboo toothbrushes) and almost all goods in the room are natural products (I really love the linen curtains, and the bed spread). The ceiling is also beautiful (you can enjoy it when you lie down in the bed^^). Full of warm hospitality and high taste of the owner!

Very welcoming the reception, peaceful place. The reception is a quite cafè with a dedicated co-working space. The coffee was surprisingly good (usually I never like it outside Italy...) The room was quite small, but still clean, tidy and well designed. I had a good sleep and I really appreciated the handwritten welcoming letter! The hotel is next to a metro, in front of a very romantic canal, and to the main local street in Rotterdam. I guess that is one of the best places to stay. The receptionist were lovely! I would go there again!

Room could be bigger and the stairs are very small and steep.

I had such a great stay, what a great hotel. I came to Rotterdam for work, and stayed one night at âme. The room was super beautiful, luxurious, bright and relaxing. Lovely products, bedding, amenities, etc. Great café downstairs with good coffee and food, with a great location to the museums. Easy check in and attentive service. I couldn't have asked for anything better, and will definitely come again.

Positives: beautiful interior design, very comfortable, lots of space and light. Generous room facilities (big bed, sofa, fridge, big tv, free water each day, desk for a few hours' work). A convenience store (Albert Heijn) and a pizza takeaway (Sugo) both very convenient nearby when I arrived on the first night. In the garden room, outdoor space was a real treat in the June heat.

Minor quibbles: No breakfast on site, cafe opens at 9am, didn't find takeaway coffee or breakfast on the block so I was out hunting breakfast when under pressure to be going for work. TV needed Chromecast to play from my tablet or PC, which I couldn't figure out, but probably I'm just too old.

Very easy check-in and out. The room was small (but expected) but very modern and clean. Very nice shower and sink as well. The staff was nice and helpful, and the cafe with small store was also lovely. The location is perfect if you want to be central in Rotterdam.

The room was clean, but the bag that the hairdryer came in was not (it probably needs a wash, since it has stains). The view from the room was also not spectactular, but that was not a must for us anyway.
