I had such a great stay, what a great hotel. I came to Rotterdam for work, and stayed one night at âme. The room was super beautiful, luxurious, bright and relaxing. Lovely products, bedding, amenities, etc. Great café downstairs with good coffee and food, with a great location to the museums. Easy check in and attentive service. I couldn't have asked for anything better, and will definitely come again.

Very welcoming the reception, peaceful place. The reception is a quite cafè with a dedicated co-working space. The coffee was surprisingly good (usually I never like it outside Italy...) The room was quite small, but still clean, tidy and well designed. I had a good sleep and I really appreciated the handwritten welcoming letter! The hotel is next to a metro, in front of a very romantic canal, and to the main local street in Rotterdam. I guess that is one of the best places to stay. The receptionist were lovely! I would go there again!

Room could be bigger and the stairs are very small and steep.

Positives: beautiful interior design, very comfortable, lots of space and light. Generous room facilities (big bed, sofa, fridge, big tv, free water each day, desk for a few hours' work). A convenience store (Albert Heijn) and a pizza takeaway (Sugo) both very convenient nearby when I arrived on the first night. In the garden room, outdoor space was a real treat in the June heat.

Minor quibbles: No breakfast on site, cafe opens at 9am, didn't find takeaway coffee or breakfast on the block so I was out hunting breakfast when under pressure to be going for work. TV needed Chromecast to play from my tablet or PC, which I couldn't figure out, but probably I'm just too old.

The bed was so comfortable! The massive window overlooked a little dyke and it was just a joy to lie and look at Rotterdam. The style of the hotel was very serene, and i felt safe in the building and room ( travelling alone this is not always the case), Reception is also a cafe/little shop. They made delicious coffee and small meals and pastries, which i very much recommend.

The hotel provided earplugs, but i would recommend bringing your own. The hotel lies right in the middle of Rotterdam and there is a lot of activity throughout the night.

Room very nice and clean, with amenities like the possibility to access to relaxing music and podcasts. Since there were road parties due to the winning soccer team, they provided ear protection for the noise. Since I had to leave very early in the morning, although the coffee shop officially opens at 8.00am, door was open at 7.30pm and they served me with cappuccino (good!). Electronic access was fine, as well as the position close to the city center, railway station, metro and tram. Nice, large shower. Very good hairdryer (not obvious). Good quality shampoo, conditioner and soap. The staff was very supportive and kind. Nice stay

I understood only after booking there was no elevator. I was at 3rd floor and stairs are steep and narrow. It is doable, of course, but you need to pay a lot of attention especially on the way down with luggage. My room had no door between the main room and the bathroom. It can be ok when alone, but when in couple it is not nice (at least in my personal opinion). After the shower, the bathroom floor became very slippery for the humidity created.

I loved the location, the big comfortable room, the Brazilian cleaning staff, the simple but fabulous breakfasts in the morning, the fact that I could make a tea in the morning or evening and the coffee place downstairs in general. The technology to open and close doors is fast and never had an issue. Thank you so much management for the room upgrade. I loved it! Definable coming back!

I missed a cup in the bathroom to put my tooth paste and tooth brush. Yes the stairs is steep and long but since I wasn’t doing any exercise those days I enjoyed going up and down the stairs. I always confused the shower carpet for the hand towel. A different place for the hand towel after daily cleaning would be great. A bigger cup for tea in the room would also be great!

Good location at the heart of city with convenient transportation of Metro, bus and tram stations as well as there are lots of different restaurants & bars around. Hotel Âme is a new and stylish hotel with great amenities, spotlessly clean. Daily freshly, healthy delicious food served by the hotel restaurant. The beautiful hotel is managed by a professional team. The hotel owner is very friendly. The hotel manager is very cheerful and helpful with an excellent world-class service delivery.

Very cool, japandi style rooms and café. Spacious and luxurious. Breakfast in the café was very good and we enjoyed having as much or as little as we wanted, rather than the usual "all-or-nothing" breakfasts most hotels provide. Well situated for the station, the museums, harbour, Erasmusbrug, cube houses, Markthal and lively bars of Witte de Withstraat. We were able to walk everywhere, only using the metro for Delfshaven.

The vibe, the aesthetic, the room, the high walls, the sweet note I got from the staff, how clean the space was and the peace I got when I entered the room. I really did enjoy my stay at the hotel. It was a whole vibe.

There wasn't much that I didn't like. The view wasn't all that but I really enjoyed the sunlight that was comming in. Also I didn't get a chance to sit in the cafe area so maybee next time I will do that.

the interior is sereen and very tasteful minimalistic decorated, that gives you a peaceful feeling while you’re staying in a quite busy noisy location in the middle of a perfect city location. I had the monumental room, that was on the side of the busy road. so it was quite noisy. it’s an old historic building, so you can hear people in the hallway or other guests above you from the ceiling. But nonetheless I will still rate this hotel high, cause it’s perfectly facilitated by taste. I also loved the cafe downstairs. in the morning you can smell the smell of the baked pastries in your room. loved it !
