The room was quite small. but quite comfy, for the price and location I wouldn't expect more. Staff was helpful and nice, we didn't have any problems with them. Location is really central, we walked everywhere. The beds were good, no complaints there.

Parking had two options: on the busy street there are two narrow places, our car didn't fit this place. Also it looks like it can easily be damaged by passing cyclists cause the cycling lane is quite narrow and directly next to cars. Second option is multi-level garage in 5 mins, which is quite fine in general, but it didn't feel safe. Also on their web-site/ads the cost with booking in advance was lower than from the hotel (though hotel's price was lower than ad-hoc day price). I didn't feel safe getting out of parking by foot neither leaving the car there.

Perfect location for city centre exploring. Has a very small courtyard at the rear with limited parking spaces Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious for the money Highlight was the breakfast which was served 3 minutes walk away and Baker and Moore-absolutely incredible value and a bonus that it's associated with the stay here

Car park is very small-I managed to damage my car trying to get into a space. Totally my fault but serves as an illustration of how limited it is. Other parking available nearby but has a height limit which isn't ideal of you have a tall car due to bikes on the roof

Good location but a bit noisy street with trams, not possible to open windows, so no fresh air. But for one night stay it is ok. staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included to the price, but was not served in the hotel - it was in café not far, but it was so good! I can really recommend it! Hotel has a parking and it cost only 15 euros per day, which is quite cheap - a bit tricky to find it, because it is behind the hotel and you should drive from a different street. So we were satisfied with our staying there.

A bet noisy street with trams - not possible to open windows.

The hotel is closed to main train station- Rotterdam Centraal. About 15mins by tram. You may take direct tram from the hotel to water bus station if Kinderdijk is in your itineries too. There are many restaurants/cafe nearby the hotel. The hotel's staff are super friendly and approachable.

The cafe's (for breakfast) weekend opening hour is relatively late for travelers, ie 930am, which meaning your visiting time to the city will be shorten due to it. You may be disturbed by passengers-pass-by at mid night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Rotterdam with my family for a night, and I must say it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, we were impressed with the exceptional service and amenities provided. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find that the hotel was impeccably clean. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment was evident throughout the entire property. It immediately set the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. As a family of four, we were thrilled to discover that the hotel had offered us a room with two very large beds. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to enjoy a peaceful and restful night's sleep, ensuring that everyone in the family was well-rested and ready for the day ahead. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding breakfast experience. The hotel had partnered with a nearby coffee place that provided a breakfast of five-star quality. The wide variety of options, including fresh pastries, delicious coffee, and a selection of healthy choices, catered to every palate in our family. The excellent breakfast truly fueled us for an exciting day of exploring Rotterdam. The hotel's convenient location was another aspect that we appreciated. It was just a short 10-minute walk from the central railway station, making it incredibly accessible. Additionally, the hotel allowed for temporary car parking near the property, which made unloading our luggage hassle-free. This thoughtful amenity added to the overall convenience and ease of our stay. In conclusion, our experience at this hotel in Rotterdam was truly exceptional. The cleanliness, the room with two large beds, the delectable breakfast, and the convenient location near the central railway station all contributed to an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rotterdam, especially families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This was my 4th stay at this hotel. The check in was quick and easy with the usual friendly staff. The hotel is approximately a 10min walk straight up the road from Centraal Station or 2 stops on a no.4 or no.7 tram.

I had booked breakfast included with my booking, this had been served in the hotels breakfast room on all my previous stays, however now that the hotel has a new owner, the breakfast offering is provided at a local bakery (Baker and Moore on Westvlatte), this is only a few mins walk, but is not good if its raining etc, also there only seemed to be 1 offering provided once you arrived and showed that you were from the hotel. I preferred the original way of providing breakfast, as there were more options.

Staff, location and a good size room ! Helpful and friendly staff. It was very convenient for the car park and metro / trams. The room had a kettle and a bath. I loved the big windows.

We were sent to a breakfast place 5 mins away. it was v disappointing with poor food. The next day, we had a simple meal at cafe round the corner - brilliant ! I felt the owner of the hotel had a breakfast deal with the first place - they should ditch them and sort out a deal with the cafe round corner. Nearer and better !

Price/ quality was excellent, considering Netherlands is not that cheap. I had a really bad day and I had to book the hotel the last minute. It was really nice to see a super polite receptionist. The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. And also good location..

It is probably not important, because the bathroom and toilet were really clean, but I am not a fan of plastic toilet seats generally, especially in the hotels...

Clean, modern, elevator (yay!), shower pressure wonderful, great location, comfortable beds, right next to Metro Station (Eendrachtsplein) and tram stop (8), near lots of restaurants, trendy area, little lounge on second floor to hang out, good staff communication, Mario at front desk was funny and helpful, no carpets, which to me is a plus.

Could be a little noisy because on a street with lots of bars and restaurants, but nothing a good pair of earplugs can’t handle.

That the hotel was so central and near to the train station. Although right opposite a restaurant/bar which was often quite lively, we were able to keep the window closed at night. There was a ceiling fan which was almost silent and kept the room cool.. inside the hotel there was no unnecessary noise at night or early morning. I.e. no doors slamming or people talking loudly.

There was nothing we disliked and mostly, breakfast was fine. However, if we were a little late, there was sometimes not a lot of choice. Overall, it was fine though. Having said that, staff in breakfast room were pleasant and helpful.
