Great location, right in the middle of the city with access to all means of transports, a self-laundry just 2 minutes walk, great restaurants, library and shops, great comfort, feel safe. The room has almost everything, from minibar, working coffee machine, TV that we can cast to, snacks, drinks, and safety box. Plus, I particularly like the view from the room.

Twice the cleaning services didn't come in even though we have removed the "Still Dreaming" sign and went for walk for practically all day (only came back at 5PM). Maybe we should have removed the sign earlier though.

- Location is perfect, within walking distance from central station and centrum. There is also bus stop in front of the hotel, easy to go anywhere. - The best staff! We arrived early in the morning and the staff helped us for early check in. We were traveling with baby and breast milk, the staff helped to put the breast milk in the fridge and ice pack in the freezer. Whenever we need to get or store the breast milk, we can just go to receptionist and they will help us, 24 hr. It really made our trip easier and we had a pleasant stay. - Room is clean and spacious, we had a crib for the baby.

Nothing!

Breakfast very good, wide choices of food although expensive. Dinner in evening also very good.. good service. Staff very helpful and polite. They let us check in the room at 2pm instead of 4pm which we appreciated. Excellent location, near public transport and shops. Good shower! Bed comfortable.

Bedroom decor..looks like an office! It is very plain. Hotel looks dark on entrance with dark walls etc. Not cheerful outlook! Each to their own taste I suppose. Didn't like paper cups and wooden sticks in bedroom. As it is 4 star, we would have expected proper cups and saucers or mugs with teaspoons. Would have been nice if biscuits were provided.

The location of the hotel is excellent; right in a center and superbly connected by public transport for destinations within The Hague and anywhere else, including the airport, via the nearby train stations. I was staying there for work and, not being personally a fan of big hotels, I would say that, from my point of view, my stay was as good as it can get in this type of accommodation: everything was as described and, unlike most other similar establishment, this hotel offered a good cancellation policy.

One of the reasons why I dislike big hotels is that they are an ecological disaster. Even though I followed the instructions in the bathroom regarding the way towels should be placed if they don’t need changing, fresh towels were brought to my room every day - which was completely unnecessary.

(1) Our room was on the 9th floor and looked over the city hall, a cathedral and a big conservatory. It is a big square so there was no feeling of being watched. It is very silent in the evening. (2) The windows can be tilted to catch fresh air from the sea, which is under 5km away. (3) The room is super clean with a large shower cubicle (the size of a large bathtub). The water is strong and hot water comes out fast. (4) We really appreciated the small but very nice gesture of putting a couple of candies on the extra bed and the writing table next to it. Our little one was impressed! (5) The hallway in the room was spacious. (6) Around the hotel are great buildings and a university campus so there are enough shops and supermarkets to buy things you might want to. The city shopping center is a 5-minute walk's away from the hotel. The central station is a bit further than one might think (about 1km) but the path leading to it is a large walking street.

(1) The towels were quite old (on the harder side and no longer white) and we could smell the cleaning chemicals used on them. Because of the smell, we trusted that they were clean; however, their smell, appearance and feel was not very pleasant. (2) The shampoo provided was very harsh on our hair and scalp. The body lotion felt great on the skin but the smell (no perfume, which is healthy) was not nice (kind of a sour smell). (3) The staff did their job well functionally but they didn't give a friendly feel. Once when I called reception, I received a matter-of-fact answer, which was coincidentally a negative outcome for my situation, even before I finished asking my question. It was great that they could guess what I was going to ask but the abrupt answer was a bit of a surprise to me.

Hotel was walking distance from customer premises and also from the train station. The room was nice and perfect sized. The curtain was great to block the light of the advertisement!

It was mentioned that all rooms have refrigerators, but it was only a minibar, with way higher temperature than a fridge normally has. I would suggest to rephrase the statement! There was a lot of noise including advertisement with strong light and blinking.

It is well located in the city with the tram station 1 minute away and central station 10 minutes walk. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The AC was working. The bathroom was very nice with the best hair conditioner. The staff is friendly and polite. Very close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants around.

You could see dust in the bathroom, you could tell it wasn't cleaned for a long time. Breakfast was fresh, but limited. They had sweets at the entrance and my son made our life miserable because he waIt is well located in the city with the tram station 1 minute away and central station 10 minutes walk. Very close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants around. nted sweets every time we passed the reception area. I don't see it as a bad thing, but we did not appreciate this because it spoiled our mood every time we stepped out. We would have liked to rent the bicycles, but there was no child seat available. What a bummer!

The location is extremely convenient for exploring the city center. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was impressive, with everything appearing spotless and dust free (I'm extremely picky about it)

The room decor is a plain and outdated

The location was perfect, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the train station. The room met my basic needs.

However, the housekeeping staff can be quite loud. Even inside my room, I can hear their conversations, which can be a bit irritating, especially when you're not fully awake or on an important phone call.

Rooms are clean and well equipped. Location is great and within walking distance to many dining and shopping options. Staff are great, super friendly and accommodating. They truly made our stay a memorable one.

Breakfast spread could have had more hot food. But overall it was all pretty good.
