Location was the best feature .

The steep winding stairs was hard to move luggage up and down. Lucky there was 4 of us to form a chain. Email instructions were long and complicated. We couldn’t find the PIN and key instructions because there were attached to the end of several attachments. (Which made us all frustrated. There were noisy young people yelling in the street between 1 and 3am.

Fantastic location, walking distance to all the city centre with frequent trams nearby to further away. Good range of restaurants nearby, from food hall next door with lively vibe to more upmarket restaurants nearby or takeaway if you felt like one. Apartment very clean with everything you would need (except a working table!) Although the building has no staff, checkin and out is very easy.

Like others reviewed, the apartment internally is not very accessible, the stairs are very narrow and steep, which is to be expected in an older refurbished building. So don't bring large heavy cases.

this is a mini studio hotel where u need to do self check inn .the room is typical dutch style with stairs to use.the facility has the all tools to manage yourself.the bed is comfy the tv was installed in the board where automated turns up down as per ur perferance.there is fridge and kitchner coffee machine kettle

The apartment is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Having a coffee machine is a big plus for me, I like to drink coffee right after waking up, but I hate leaving the room right away. But its biggest advantage is the location, it is in the very center of the city. Literally everything is very close, shops, restaurants, public transport stops. Super comfortable. The street on which the hotel is located is a pedestrian zone, but the windows isolate the noise very well and you can't hear anything. I highly recommend this place and if I come back to The Hague I would visit again.

I liked everything

Very modern, clean and well equipped room which was plenty comfortable. It felt more like an Aparthotel in its layout, facilities and security which was nice for the price. Good value for money especially in comparison to the only 1hr train ride away Amsterdam.

We were lucky to be on the first floor, but with no lift and typical Dutch stairs it was very hard to get luggage up and down. The wifi also was very temperamental but the staff were easy to contact and responsive in trying to resolve the issue.

The room is exceptionally well appointed with a spacious mini kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The kitchen had a microwave, an oven, induction plates, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of crockery, glasses, etc. The bathroom had plenty of towels, toiletries and even a great hair dryer.

We booked our room at the more centrally located Novallure City, but was moved here due to a double booking. It makes the travelling times slightly longer if you have to be in Den Haag Central, like we did, but the tram station is only about 200m away and these run regularly. This is also one of the disadvantages we had to deal with - the room is incredibly noisy, with noise from the tram, passage and neighbours being quite disruptive.

perfect location, very clean, enough towels, confortable bed. it was perfect accomodation for my short stay in the hague

internet connection was unstable, not working properly. eventhough it's indicated on the description, i just want to highlight that there is no bathroom door for people who might miss that info

Location was excellent right in the middle of the city & close to all amenities. Room was stylish and well appointed with kitchette, etc. Bathroom was fitting with modern style. Good natural light with large windows.

Stairs to access room were exceptionally steep/shallow and hard to navigate. Room lacked airconditioning forcing me to keep the windows open cool the room. This lead to a LOT of street noise all through the night due to location, making it difficult to sleep.

Nice property with clean rooms and a very central location. The only issue is the room we stayed in didn't have a bathroom door, but this is something that they communicate very clearly in the room description as well as after booking, so no complaints there.

I really hope you guys can fix a bathroom door soon, it would really make the hotel perfect!

The location is exceptional, you're within reach of everything. The room is clean. The hotel communicates really well. Will return to it again in the future.

Because it is centrally located, it is inevitable that it gets loud from time to time. There is no lift, so if you carry heavy luggage or use a wheelchair this hotel is difficult to navigate.
