The location is great. The building and the rooms represent beautiful Dutch architecture. It is spacious, comfortable.

For the breakfast they did not have on the day I was there the eggs. One hotel should not allow itself not to have the eggs for the breakfast. The good food influences our mood :). I needed an iron, but it’s buttom was dark black carbonated. It would destroy the clothes. That iron should be cleaned or replaced before offering it to the guests. The personnel was very nice, however these two points (that are easy to correct), influenced me to give you a mark 9 instead of 10.

Great central location easy walk from Centraal. Had a very warm welcome on arrival from a very helpful chap who upgraded our room. Lovely building inside too. Didn’t opt for breakfast as no idea what price it was and so many great cafes around.

Room felt a little tired - cups were dirty so could do with a bit of attention to detail. Good size bathroom and shower. It did feel a bit less like a hotel and more like an air bnb as we didn’t see anyone and the bar was shut at 10 when the front door shut but that was fine for us.

Beautiful old but restored building with high ceilings and a really comfortable bed. The bathroom shower area was new and spacious and gave a choice of how to shower (rain or handheld).

The tv wasn’t hooked up to anything. A small desk to work at would have been nice.

Spacious rooms, comfortable king-size bed, extraordinary location ot few steps by the central rail station and the city centre, a lot of interesting places in the very close proximity and of course famous Oskar who is always friendly looking and ready to propose right answers to the guests! Parking in proximity on reduced prise for the guests.

Centralized fan system, no option for in-room regulation.

This was my favourite of the hotels we stayed in while in the Netherlands. The location was excellent - a short walk to the train station and the main square with plenty of excellent restaurant options within a 5 minute walk. The room was absolutely huge and so so comfortable. The staff were also the friendliest we encountered. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent - close to the train station and main attraction / restaurant sites. The owner was very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The elevator reaches the second floor and if you are staying at the third floor, you should carry your luggage from the stairs. I did not have a huge luggage but it may be difficult for others.

Oscar was wonderful. He was not available when we arrived ( early ) we called and he came within minutes. Gave us an upgrade. The facilities are beautiful. Exceeded our expectations by far. Oscar shoed us on the map where to go and what to see. He was more than accomadating Thank You

We loved everything

Location was excellent. Close to city centre and within walking distance of all the main attractions

No complaints, only drawback was couldn't get tv to work which was not a big deal breaker anyway

Perfect location. Quiet and close to everything and close the best restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and is getting more and more beautiful as they are renovation. The room are clean, beautiful and well furnished. Hosting is great, flexible and very nice. We stayed in the biggest room with is very confortable. It is definitely there that I will stay again in Den Haag. Thank you and good luck to the new owners in their fantastic project.

The hotel was well located and the room had really high ceiling and plenty of light. The bed was comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor so we benefited from a lift.

Since the room was pretty spacious, 2 armchairs instead of one would be more appropriate. Not enough power points.
