Loved the lazyboy chairs in the room, spa bath was great and overall was very comfortable. Daily room servicing if required, all staff were friendly. Good location to places we needed. Maree was very accommodating with our late arrival from an International flight.

A second cleaner came in to check after the 1st cleaner had been in. She knocked but we didn't even have time to get off the chair and she was in the room checking cupboards, even after we said it was fine. Maybe the cleaner could wait for acknowledgement or at least a few seconds more?

Friendly staff, Spa bath was fantastic. Rooms were spotless everyday. The lazy boy chairs and the bathrobes are a nice touch. The wifi is fast enough for several people watching shows (6-9MBPS) and surfing the internet. Room was warm at the end of the day without the heat pump and it was the middle of winter (we were upstairs. I read some reviews about traffic noise in the night and I couldn't hear it unless i really tried or opened a window

If I had to be picky, use the back entrance as its easier than the main road to get in and out of motel.

The staff is helpful, we arrived at 3am and the guy helped us with some payment issue. Room is big and clean and they have free parking

They have some payment issue with booking.com, I’ve paid to the app but apparently the hotel didn’t get the money so they wouldn’t give me the key but the staff was helpful so eventho it was 3am we solved the issue. I had to make a direct payment and request refund from the app. Just make sure to chat the motel and make sure payment comes through

The staff were absolutely lovely. The way you are treated and greeted makes all the difference. The room felt exceptionally clean, smelt lovely and was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Great accommodating staff and a beautiful room. They even phoned when I had left some personal belongings in the room - great service!

We found the location excellent and very quiet, our room was ground floor with accessible to parking in front of our room, which is great for anyone with a disability, the room it self was spacious very clean had accessible lower bench top for easy reach to jug, toaster, and such , amazing bathroom plenty of room to move in, shower bench in place which was great as I had a broken leg at the time, if you had any issues at all staff very willing to accommodate. We will certainly stay again

The recliner chairs were a nice touch after a long days drive, and a big day walking around the event we attended over the weekend. The complex is nicely presented and clean, nice friendly welcome on arrival.

Both couples found the beds were a little hard and uncomfortable, found the tv channel options were disappointing, not sure if the tv was set up different to other rooms but we had 4 channels, CNN News, family movie, classic movie and Sport 2 not able to watch much, especially if you weren't interested in Netflix or You tube, a big weekend of our countries sport was on and was unable to watch any of it in the comfort of our room.

The lovely owners! The rooms were so clean and smelt so good. Easiest check in and out ever. They went out of their way for us to check in a little earlier. The milk in the fridge was a decent size glass bottle it was brilliant. Make-up remover wipes in the bathroom were another brilliant addition. We will definitely be staying here again!

There wasn't a thing we didn't like.

The motel was in a great location for what we wanted. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were really clean. It was nice to have 2 lazy boy arm chairs in the bedroom so we could both relax. A suggestion was given to us about a good place to get dinner and it was so good we went there both nights. We were even given excellent advice on how to get to where we were going and what turn off to look for to get back to there for the second night.

Everything. The rooms are spotless clean and well appointed. The colour scheme is fresh and inviting. Everything works as it should and is well maintained. The hosts Maree and Grant are fantastic. They make you feel at home and will do their utmost to make your stay your best experience. On our first night we required an extra bed without notice and Grant had a bed fresh linen and directions on how to correctly make the bed after my daughter volunteered to make it herself. This is an example of going the extra mile and there was no sign of annoyance for the inconvenience. The next day we realised we had left a ticket at home which needed to be printed. Grant just said send me an email and it’ll be ready next time you come down- just awesome ! They also have a very efficient team of cleaners that are very friendly and seem to enjoy their team environment. Once again the facilities are spotless. My 10 year old daughter said Dad I didn’t see 1 bug in any of the rooms! I’ll definitely be returning in the future once again, Thanks Maree and Grant.

Prefect, Excellent, Top Level Motel, Outside and inside feel very new and modern. The rooms, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathroom, Carpet everywhere very clean. The bed is amazingly and very comfortable, not too sofa and not too firm. The bedroom a good temperature and very quiet, I can sleep better than my home, Check in easy and friendly staff. nice vending machine in the reception. Great Location. value for money, Highly recommend for everyone.
