The room was clean and warm. A very comfortable bed and great lighting for tv watching and reading. The desk and chairs were comfortable so we could make plans and record the diary for the family to read adventures when home. Access to the shared guest laundry was easy for checking at reception to use. Daily staff for fresh linen were really friendly and happy. Location - perfect.

It all worked out perfect for us as an older couple, if anything to suggest, maybe a little cook top to boil an egg for breakfast, but not essential at all. Overall facilities are great, we plan to go back and stay.

This was in a really great location (within walking distance of coffee, Hagley Park, Riverside Market, etc.), the room was very clean, and the accommodation has free parking and free wifi. Staff was very friendly.

I did not see an elevator and my room was located on the second floor. While I normally don't mind that - carrying a heavy suitcase up/down was not ideal. The room was a bit noisy. The property is located on a busy intersection - I could could hear the traffic and anytime someone entered the hallway through the exterior door near my room.

It is a great value for money. Plenty of parking, clean room, comfy bed, spacious shower, nice little kitchenette to make a hot drink or heat up some food. The location is very close to some great restaurants and cafes, and is fairly central. You could walk to the Hagley Park from here. Overall, we had a nice stay and would stay again.

It felt like Lincoln road may not be the safest street after dark, although we had no trouble walking from our restaurant, but we encountered some homeless people asking for change and some "high" looking people. In the room, there was a bit of noise from loud cars and a few trains passing by in the evening, but night time was mostly quiet. Noisey hallway echos sound very well, so when people enter or leave the common hallway or their rooms, it can be heard pretty well in the room. We did not find it disturbing, as it was not busy when we stayed.

Short walking distance to many eating places on Lincoln Road. Modern, bright refreshing decor, adequate kitchenette, comfortable firm spring king bed (not saggy), wonderfully quiet heat pump. Provides 2 luggage racks in the room so you dont have to bend down to take stuff from the bags on the floor. Big writing table that doubles as a dining table. Comfy single seater. Ample car parking. Friendly staff.

The heavy access doors to the accommodation blocks. Some blocks require climbing up a flight of steps to the rooms. Lack of a door latch to the room door and the access doors to keep the door open when moving luggage in and out of rooms.

Location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants, not to mention the highway. The rooms are really nice well set out. There was a kitchen and lounge area that was great. Overall, the space of the room was big enough for my family. I booked this hotel the second time when I was coming back into town as it was so comfortable and warm. Also the staff were great. Check-in was a breeze. In the morning, as everyone was leaving, you could see the cleaners starting to do their thing, their very militant, which is why the place was so clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very good location. Close to everything we were after and the cafés 2 mins up the road are fantastic. The rugby stadium is one block over, so a great place to stay to watch a match. The CBD, Hagley Park or Riccarton mall are all only a short drive away. New hotel so well maintained. The process for late checkin was good, with great information and maps to find and access your unit.

Parking was very tight, with it challenging to access some of the parks. Our room had an interconnecting door so the soundproofing between the units wasn't good. Staff forgot to communicate some messages between each other so we had to let them know about our late checkin three times, but each staff member was lovely to deal with so it didn't feel like a problem.

This was probably the cleanest motel we have stayed in. The location suited us for a sports event - only a 3 minute walk to the stadium. It was close to the fabulous Addington Store who had the best brunch menu - food was delicious. There was a bar and the bus stop was very close, or we walked to the city centre in 30 minutes. Perfect for us.

Nothing to dislike.

Husband and I really liked It was a 4 minute walk to Orangetheory stadium as we were there for a concert. While it was next to a busy traffic light intersection, it was ideal for what we needed it for. Rooms were very tidy and well looked after. The original room we were put in, I promptly asked for another room due to noise from neighbouring room and they were happy to move us swiftly without hesitation. Couldn't hear the night time traffic from our room, and it was minimal traffic to be fair.

The downfall is that the rooms had conjoining doors into the next room within the rooms which essentially was just a door that locked and is paper thin and could hear every conversation from the neighbouring room very clearly. Not great if your wanting to relax at night or sleep. If they wake early you will too, due to the noise. It's only good if your a family needing 2 rooms and want the connection between the 2.

Modern clean and comfortable. Heatpump and smart TV are a bonus. A large shower with good water pressure. Traffic noise was minimal. Good parking.

The hallway tiled floor caused echoing and voices to travel. The light sensor only worked from halfway to the entrance door, meaning it was in darkness as we left the room until we were almost to the entrance door.
