Hotel staff were wonderful. They kindly waited for us to check in at 8pm and allowed us to check out late at 11am. Good size room, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Really appreciated having a table and chairs for eating. It’s surprising how many motels have suites with cooking facilities but don’t have a table to eat at. Good location, close to train, shopping mall, grocery store and a couple of restaurants.
The people in next room were very noisy. Fortunately, it was only in the morning and we were already awake.

Location Good,located off a busy road but traffic noise no problem.
Motel had permanent residents onsite,who had young children & adults bad language was unacceptable.Owners speak very little English & communication was difficult,although they were very pleasant & sorted any room issues out quickly.Shower very small with no Sky t.v(need to update that on picture)

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and kitchen was very tidy. Car parking was provided. The location was excellent for our purpose as it was about 800 m only to UC so we walked to attend the Open Day. Close to the Westfield Mall too.
The bathroom and shower was designed for disabled person so half of the bathroom was wet after you shower. They provide bathmat though which is good to control the water splashes on the floor.

The motel staff made arrangement for us to pick up the keys even when we arrived only at 2am. The facility is in good condition and the receptionist was very friendly. As this was our first night in NZ for our holidays, it going smooth in all ways helped us to settle well fast.

Very clean, spacious, room looked newly refurbished, good water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed and pillows. Very handy having the kitchenette.

This is our favourite place to stay in all of Christchurch. All staff here are lovely. Great parking. Amazing location. Early check in. Comfortable bed. Amazing water pressure in the shower!
Bathroom could a been a bit cleaner. Mildew on the windows & dust on the towel rails/toilet roll holder. Walls were very thin & we were woken up a few times by noisey people in the room next door.

New owners have made a great job with upgrading the rooms. New furnishings ,paint and double glazed windows. Stayed here 4 plus years ago and place was needing a refurb. Very nice helpful host.

Could have had a few more cooking utensils. ie Very limited options for those on a longer stay.
