Friendly welcome to our two bedroom apartment. There was a main bedroom and bathroom upstairs and another bedroom with two beds downstairs and a small second bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble. They put an electric blanket on the bed for us for our second night. Comfortable chairs and beds. Plenty of space to move around. The downstairs area was warm. There was no heating upstairs. There was also a fully equipped kitchen. We could park outside our door.

With a few changes this could be a fantastic apartment. The curtains would not close properly and they let in light so the room was bright all night. New black out curtains would be great. The shower curtains were flimsy and dripped water on the floor and the basin in the downstairs bathroom would not drain. The apartment is located at the front on a busy road so traffic noise was fairly constant.

Great location. 5-minute walk to supermarket/restaurants and shopping centre. Room exceptionally clean and tidy with level access as this was the disabled unit. Covered parking right outside the door. Helpful staff. It was also very quiet at night, no road noise.

My husband uses a wheelchair and once inside the unit, space was very tight. Access to kitchen and bathroom was okay but placement of the small table and chairs (exceptionally heavy) meant congested access. I think many motels (not just this one) need to engage a disabled person to check the suitability of a design. You can't just put in a disabled bathroom and a wheelchair sticker on the door and call it a disabled unit. We had the twin bed option but I don't think this made much difference to the access space. This is meant as positive feedback, this motel is very nice and we would stay here again:):):):)

Friendly staff, well laid out rooms, clean, good beds and pillows, good value for money. We got upgraded to a larger room which was nice!

Shower was good but it was in the bath which might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Not sure if all rooms are like that or just the larger ones, maybe check with reception if you have mobility issues. Curtains let a lot of light through, but I still slept fine, would be better if they were blockout. It’s a bit further away from the city centre than some other places, not far to drive but a bit of a walk, but if you just need basic supplies it’s not far from Riccarton mall.

Had to book last minute accommodation in Christchurch to attend an event. 315 was ideal location for us (on No 3 bus route from airport). We chose standard studio and altho just for the one night, we would be very happy to book again for a longer trip. Very comfy bed, lovely hot shower with good pressure. Little kitchette area and table plus 2 chairs in room. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Great value for money and absolutely suited our needs.

Ideal for our purpose. Very clean & comfortable & excellent value for the price we paid. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom good & shower pressure & temperature excellent. Comfortable mattress. Staff all very pleasant & helpful. Will be booking again when in ChCh.

I always prefer a bed without a join in the middle, but understand that lots of motels use zipped beds so they can convert to 2 singles if necessary. It was still a very comfortable bed.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center, and very convenient for transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and provide attentive service. Although there is no breakfast, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here!

A handy location at the top end of Riccarton Road, great to travel around the city to other areas without getting caught in traffic, All amenities at your finger tips in your room, great kitchen facilities, King Bed with attached bathroom.

Parking is a bit tight in some location within the confines of the Motel, so some acre is required when backing out, to avoid other vehicles.

Very clean, great shower, comfortable bed and quiet. Very good value for money.

Stayed a couple of times traveling to and from a conference. The second room had frosted glass in a back door without a curtain and the neighboring property had a bright light going all night. We slept pretty well, but would have preferred a little more darkness.

Smaller room but super clean and fresh. Shower was amazing! My host was lovely and really went the extra mile. She was happy for me to leave my car at the motel on my last day, so I didn't have to pay for parking at the university.

I don't like travelling on my own, but I felt safe. The room was smaller but still really comfortable.

The only thing that I would say to make it perfect, would be to offer more pillows as there were only pillows that were on beds and maybe instructions on how to switch water between shower and bath. But overall, it was good unit. Nice bed, not much road noise, only heard one emergency vehicle through night and it was a Saturday night. 👍
