Location suited us perfectly. Easy access to Napier.

Lights from car yard across the road shining into our room. They also had a large tv like screen flashing into our room at night. Blinds pulled down solved the problem. Privacy was also comprised from the bathroom and kitchen windows that looked out over the carparks behind the building. Had to be mindful when in the bathroom or changing anywhere in the unit.

Well appointment room, warm, private, quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff and the reception chap tried very hard to help with the internet

Only 3 side plates with 4 of us in the unit, 3 bath towels, had to ask for a 4th one, very poor internet, poor single strength. One packet of 2 biscuits and not enough coffee for 4 people. We took our own milk, biscuits and coffee to supplement the kitchen.

The high light was definitely the hot tub in the room! Travelling with a baby makes it hard to leave the room to enjoy those facilities in most places but having your own private one in your room made it more relaxing and easier! The bed is also super comfy!

The bathroom fogged up quite quickly when having a shower, perhaps an extraction fan might help?

The room was comfortable, but the overall highlight was definitely the spa. It was a nice way to finish a busy day of work in the area.

When I arrived back to the motel one night, all the carparks were taken. This was frustrating, but I parked my car somewhere that wasn't in anyone's way. It would be good if staff could monitor the parking areas, because there's not really the ability to park on the road. This was a minor issue though.

Was able to spend quality time with my family in comfort the beds and pillows amazing the cleaness in the room loved it big thanks to the cleaners awesome work

The car parking there is not enough space for the price if everyone had a car park per room that would b awesome but we made it work

loved the big bed and the big spa bath. was very spacious besides the crammed up lil kitchen area. was a couple things that ruined it though. Otherwise was pretty satisfied.

was a hells pizza left in the fridge and food n rubbish in the bin so obviously wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

Loved the accommodation and good size. Very clean and comfortable. Comfy bed. Good aircon. Parking onsite. Toiletries and tea/coffee etc and milk provided. Friendly staff. Loved that Jark's for dinner is across the road (need to book) and is very nice with amazing service.

If you don't like traffic noise then bring air-plugs. This is not all night as traffic goes quiet. I still liked this accommodation and that would be the only factor that puts off some people.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. We would have preferred the other bed to be a bigger bed i.e a double bed. The toilet could have been separate from the bathroom. I am not a fan of a 'wet' toilet. Otherwise, a very clean bathroom etc

The motelier is very accommodating, suggesting that we park our motorbikes in front of the office as that is where the cameras are. Communication was excellent. Rooms are a good size, bed was very comfy.

It was very strange having a spa bath in the lounge

Reception could have been more informative about facilities. That there was a gym and more engaging. Also requested for early check in the morning and got an email however we still had to wait until 2pm after travelling that morning form afar - was tiresom.
