Jenne the owner, was the lady who greeted us & this would be the most well equipped motel all areas that we have ever stayed in & was absolutely spotless, plenty of everything one may require. Jenne even had bicycles you could hire.

We found everything tops, a very beautiful & special lady who made us feel like part of the family. Jenne filled us in on information of things we may need & events we could do etc, about 3 mintues walk to a New World Supermarket, shopping complex across the road if you wish to eat out & buy the NZ Kiwi Fish & Chips, delicious, also many other shops.

Jenne is a wonderful hostess, ready to answer questions and give advice. The large studio room had comfy chairs as well as a good bed. The bathroom is roomy and bright, with plenty of towels. Nice quality bed linen. The bus into central Napier (20 min ride) was steps away, as was a large supermarket. A pleasant 15 min walk takes you to the Taradale RSA, which offers good, reasonably priced meals and drinks. Our suite was at the rear of the property, with no traffic noise.

The decor is a bit quirky and makes the main room seem a bit crowded.

Spotlessly clean. Phenomenally well equipped - washing machine, dishwasher, incredibly well-equipped kitchen. Great curtains that made it really dark at night. Thoughtful little extras, such as a small torch for each bed/side of bed, ear plugs. Nice linen and towels, hand towels and great quantity of each. The extra mile on everything.

Could at times hear the people in the unit next to us.

Had a studio room which was comfortable and adequate. The studio was very clean and everything you needed for a stay was provided. Very handy to Greenmeadows New World and several good takeaway shops. We had very good fish and chips. Bed was comfortable

The two lounge chairs were uncomfortable. No sink to wash dishes in. Dated decor but comfort and location made up for these small things

The room was quite cluttered, but was perfect for me as I was alone and only there for one night. The room was very clean and bathroom really clean. Nice cups/jug etc which is good.

I have a large vehicle and the parking was quite tight so I parked on the main road. I didn't realise it's a main road and very busy. Was quite loud but ear plugs supplied which was nice.

Close to shops. Very clean accomodation and attention to detail was great. Pro active in making contact regarding our arrival, so we could locate the key. Thank you, we had a comfortable stay.

Parking spaces were very small. Lucky our car was small. No sink in the kitchenette. Felt a bit weird rinsing dishes in the bathroom. Thought the system in place of no sink was well considered as an alternative. The set up of the units being attached to someone's home, meant that we had an enquiry at our room at 8pm at night for a check in.....check in on the back deck was ...different... Perhaps extra details of these things should be listed in the booking?

Helpful staff, very clean, room serviced nicely. Large supermarket and several takeaway within five minutes walk.

A little too close to the main road, but double glazing worked well. Car park spaces a bit tight, but relatively minor points. Was quite some way from Napier city centre though.

Everything inside the front studio was exceptionally clean, layout of all areas is excellent. All beds were very comfortable and warm, The shower and pressure was hot and roomy with excellent pressure. Overall excellent up to date studio to stay in. Location tops this accommodation off.

Loved this place one of my favourite accommodations to stay at.

The proximity the access to shop and the brilliant service provided by the owners

We arrived when it was dark it was difficult to see the entrance as cars were parked across the entrance way as it was right next to takeaways business. It lacked visual signage of the location. Then was verbally outed by another guest because I had parked in his park but was told that you couldn't expect to get the same park so I think alternatively whatever you're allocated room is there should be allocated parks.

Very clean and comfortable with lots of attention to details such as seat covers, and all the kitchenette utensils

Parking is a bit smaller and will not be able to park the car if the follow travellers didn’t follow the rule and park within the lines
