Rooms very clean and spacious. Well situated for getting around the area.

Would have preferred a separate shower to a spa bath with shower over it. Can be a problem for people who are not very flexible or have disabilities. Some of the rooms have separate showers but unfortunately they were all booked at the time we were there. We had requested a separate shower when booking but this had been overlooked. They did say they would try to move us to a room with one the following day but decided to stay put.

Owners Dayle and Mike couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcomed and comfortable while my mum was in the hospital across the road. They organised other accommodation when they didn’t have space one night and helped me move my luggage. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless and the self catering kitchen had everything we required. The bathroom had a spa bath which was fantastic! We received a lovely welcome and there was an extremely helpful information folder in the room. The air conditioning worked well and was very welcome in the hot conditions. We would have loved to have stayed for more than the one night.

We booked two rooms and we were so impressed with how clean they were. The owners were fantastic and offered to drive us to the farmers market. We were so grateful and it just summed up what lovely people they are. The owners and staff were very friendly we will definitely stay there again when we return to Hastings

Everything was great could not fault a thing

The staff and reception were very friendly and welcoming . Also great price . Great location and good size room. Bed was comfterble . Spa bath was extra great . Enjoyed our stay very much. Will recommend to others and if we every go back to Hawkes Bay we will definitely be staying again.

Easy to find and fairly central to what we required for the weekend. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Good clean facilities. Would stay again.

If I was to be critical the single beds in our room were a little too "bouncy" but otherwise we slept fine.

The new hosts were very friendly and conversed with us. Rooms were very clean and well equipped with a recycling bin. Easy 1 remote for tv with most SKY channels. Lovely courtyard area behind our room.

I thought the price was high but given it was the xmas season, it was fair.

Lovely and quiet, close to everything and it was perfect for a family stay. The hosts were very knowledgeable about the activities and places to visit with kids, and were friendly and approachable. Clean and spacious facilities

Immaculate rooms both inside and out. We managed to have a couple of days with beautiful weather so the air conditioner was a welcoming sight. Everything you need in kitchen and we also had the wheelchair access unit so big bathroom 🚻 😍

Check in is late 1600 hours (4pm). So not sure why but it was ok for us 👌

the only thing that it was in Hastings and we were going to something in Napier but coudnt get accommodation there but itreally didnt matter as it was such a nice place
