Very happy with this motel. There was some muck up that on booking.com it said the room could only host 4 people while we were a group of 5. So we booked 2 rooms. When we arrived, we saw each room can actually host 6 people so we basically paid for one extra room for nothing. Contacted the receptionist who was very friendly and said it was a mismatch between the systems and asked us to contact booking.com to issue a refund. Everything went through in the end and we got one room refunded. The internet was super fast - 351.35 Mbps down, 78.66 Mbps up. Lots of parking onsite and within walking distance of the main street and Queens park.

The rooms are a bit worn out but still good for the price.

Great location, walking distance to town or 2 minutes drive, lovely big rooms, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, and great having a tv in each bedroom as well as the lounge!

The king bed was a little too firm for our liking, but our son thought his was great... and it would have been good to have an on demand option like Netflix or Disney or Prime available instead of just SkyTV which has ads and scheduled timings for everything... not that we watched much other than in the evening when our kid had gone to bed, so not a biggie.

Lovely big unit. Friendly team. Fluffy towels. Good quality tea supplies. Everything you need to cook a breakfast or meal. Walk into town, or to swimming pool or supermarket. No road noise. Money goes back into local community as its part of the licensing trust.

Being really picky the rest of the unit is in such good condition that the shower stall really stood out as it was cracked and discoloured. I assume it will be replaced soon.

Spacious room with a very good kitchen. Friendly staff and convenient location.

The room was quite dark, and one window had no curtain or blind so it was too light at night. The radio alarm was left on so we got woken up at midnight ☹️. There was road noise from very early in the morning. Almost everything in the fridge froze solid.

Huge studio with mezzanine bedroom. There were only two of us but it would easily accommodate a family of four, having a queen bed and single upstairs and a single downstairs. Lots of storage for clothes etc. Spacious shower room with separate toilet. Good size kitchenette with dining table and comfy sofa and chair. Two TVs, one up and one down. Two radiators, it was a cold night but we were toasty warm.

There were roadworks blocking the main entrance throughout our stay. This wasn't an issue in itself but it would have been nice if they'd emailed us in advance to let us know how to get onto the premises via the back entrance (it wasn't at all obvious). I got the impression that it was just put in the too hard basket.

Spacious one bedroom unit, with awesome shower and good kitchenette. Small bottle of blue top milk is provide - Thanks. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent laundry facility. Would stay here again!

Note: Second bedroom is upstairs on a mezzanine level so not totally private. Some early morning traffic noise heard from the downstairs bed - located next to the window. Coffee mugs are small and tea cups even smaller.

A good base to drive to different sights. The room was lovely and really well set out with plenty of space. The bed, pillows, shower and kitchen facilities were first rate. These are really valuable things when you're living out of a suitcase

There was nothing to dislike.

A lovely spacious room with the bedroom on a mezzanine floor . Comfortable bed and a brilliant spa bath . Lovely lady on reception. Just a shame it was just the night , very nice. Could even park outside the front door .

A bit outdated but the cleanliness and the unit being so spacious made up for it.

Was toasty warm - so warm we slept with the window open in -4 degrees! Plenty of space and parking was super convenient. Easy to find and fairly close to town. Separate toilet was a bonus!

The bathroom was a little outdated and there was no extractor fan. The fact that the bathroom and master sleeping area weren't on the same level was a bit off putting. The stairs were quite narrow so ended up leaving a light on during the night.
