The managers were great.The husband and son went fishing and treated us with fresh snapper fillets.Delicious meal and much appreciated.They also upgraded us from 1 Bedroom unit to a 2 bedroom one. The one br unit is totally unsuitable for more than one night. We are going back ,hopefully, in August in unit 2 again. Thanks Lee and Jim. Rosemary and Hans

The property is great! Everything you need is available in the room. We have now stayed 3 times in 2 weeks because of how comfortable a stay we had there. Great hosts who are so accommodating with our request to park our boat. The rooms are clean and I was impressed with having a plunger coffee pot available. Beds are comfortable and location is perfect. Just a short walk to all the shops. Will definitely be back to stay!

Great value for money and excellent location. Well equipped for a comfortable stay. Older style unit and well worn which is reflected in the price. If you want cheap, comfortable and practicable accommodation near the centre of Paihia it is ideal.

Well equipped kitchen was great! Access to the adjacent BBQ was an unexpected bonus. The owner, Lee, was very welcoming, and she was a pleasure to deal with.

It’s clean and complete with all the things you needed, I was surprised on how the tiny kitchen is complete with all the things you needed.

I arrived late evening, and saw a little note on the office door for myself and two other travellers, to show us where our rooms were. I just thought it was cute and a nice wee touch and the end of a day's travel 🦋

I wasnt expecting the hilton, and I didn't get it. Clean and tidy. Everything worked and nothing broken. Yes its old, but its functional and clean.

Excellent location, easy walk to the centre of Paihia. Very affordable for a family break. The managers were helpful, and suggested places that the children could play locally.

The apartment had everything we needed, including plenty of cookware in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to beach and ferry terminal. One block to nearest grocery store, shopping and restaurants.

super well located close to Paihia main shops, Four Square and the Wharf. It was just one night stay but we had a wonderful sleep, super comfortable bed.

just the bathroom does not have a fan, so super humid inside.
