Superb location, magnificent views. Woolworths walking distance (we still drove). If you like taking walks this is a great spot. Parking on site. Restaurants a bit further down but we mostly ate in our room as it was so good. The property owner Doug was very helpful and offered suggestions for things with kids which was a great benefit as our fishing trip was cancelled due to bad weather. He also had games for the kids to play and spare bags for the shops. There were many great comforts at the property and it was our favourite place of our whole NZ trip. Little things like hot towel rack, heating in all rooms, well stocked kitchen, private BBQ and outdoor dining. Room service for replacement of towels etc. Own washer in room and dryers free to use outside between 8am-8pm. Comfortable beds, well kept apartment. Loved our stay.

The apartment was equipped with everything you might need (and even what you didn't know you needed). The beds were clean and comfortable. The views from the main bedroom and downstairs floor was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a high location accessible by car through a steep ramp: stairs or a pedestrian entrance would have been great. The indoor spa had a lot of sand in from previous guests. The kitchen had an ants issue. There was an issue with the sink which was leaking and flooded the kitchen and dining area from the 1st evening we stayed there until the next morning, we couldn't use that area for dinner nor breakfast.

Exceptional views, very well appointed and cleanliness couldn't be faulted.

The manager (older male) was not pleasant. He did not engage - no niceties at all. When we left the keys a middle aged guy did not engage at all - merely moved the key box towards me. Neither guys asked anything about anything. I don't know if they are not happy in their work but it doesn't create a good impression. I wouldn't want to stay there in the height of summer unless air con was installed. I was very warm on an evening - during day it was 20⁰. I had the doors to the top bedroom open all evening.

Manager had office still open as he was expecting us quite late, around 9pm so we appreciate that after a long drive from Rotorua and our room upgrade! The apartment was a good size with 2 rooms, couch table chairs and a great kitchen with everything you need in it. The views were amazing from the deck, bbq was great and we used for lunch. The spa on the deck was clean and on all the time, checked daily by staff for temp so that was awesome too.

Bunk room was quite small, but other than that it was a good stay

We had an easy check-in. The Two-Bedroom Family Apartment with Two Bathrooms was as advertised and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartment was comfortable and warm. The wonderful views of the water were so relaxing, and it was a treat that there was a balcony on each level. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a quick daily tidy-up. It was very convenient to both the treaty grounds and Paihia. There was so much to do in the area I'd love a return visit and would definitely stay at Blue Pacific Apartments again.

Everything was very good!

The location and view are sensational - they couldn't be better. The apartment is beautiful - well appointed and modern with everything we could possibly want or need. The bed is very comfortable and the hot tub is a lovely extra. The staff are friendly, helpful and obliging. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

There was nothing about this that we didn't like.

Beautiful views, great location right by the beach, clean, well equipped kitchen, and the spa bath was nice to relax in. It felt like a home and we enjoyed our stay.

Facilities a little dated - shower drains a bit slow, bathroom light will occasionally flicker, tea towels look worn although clean. Personally we found the pillows and beds were not as comfortable, but not a big deal as we were only there for two nights. Overall great value apartment and we would happily stay again.

The view is great! But then having a spa & a BBQ setup all in the one spot made it even more amazing! The place is cozy & loved how the sitting room & 2x of the bedrooms connect to the outdoor patio & the beach is literally across the road. We also liked that our parking was undercover & next to the entrance of the home. Our family of 6x adults enjoyed our stay & are already planning to come back! Thank you Blue Pacific Apartments!

The driveway is steep but our 10x seater van had more than enough room to park & get around.

Location & view from balcony. Even though bit out from the town centre you could walk there in 18-20 mins ( didn’t want to keep navigating the motel parking), Supermarket 10 min walk, Waitangi Treaty grounds 20 mins Bed was comfortable. View fantastic. Logan the manager was knowledgeable on the area, things to do and see and so many other interesting items.

A word of warning is that it has a steep driveway & parking is tight. If you’re not confident mightn’t suit. We left the car there & walked into town. No air con,(it’s not noted on facilities so we knew), however, only plug electric fan which was noisy.

We loved our stay in this wonderful apartment managed by very kind Doug. He picked us up and dropped us at the bus terminal as taxis are unreliable. How great is that. Top man. We particularly loved luxuriating in the jacuzzi after a long day sight seeing. Everything you need in the compact well stocked kitchen. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away and town centre about 15 minutes walk. Very peaceful. Would highly recommend this apartment
