The breakfast was fine, a little fruit would have been welcome, but thats an extra cost for the host. The actual apartment was well furnished and comfortable. Loving being able to open the bi-folds and ranch slider to access the deck.

We negotiated the path up from Hill Road, but it was a bit of a challenge. I think the host needs to advise guests they require resonable mobility to access the apartment. Fortunately we had a lift to the roadside after the wedding. I think if I had had to walk up the hill from Palm Beach Stiore and then up the path I would have found that difficult.

Palm heights has everything one needs ( even beach towels and Sunblock)There were breakfast supplies and even on a rainy day , when we needed to get something later on, as it was still raining , we asked and Trish and Lance Helped, thank you guys , you were awesome . Plus Lance had covered our bikes from the rain , thank you for your thoughtfulness . Also there is a deck outside the bedroom now ( compared to the picture ) , so very comfortable .

Nothing not to like! Just a heads up , it’s been said in the comments , the stairs and walkway are steepish and not pleasant in the rain but you get the hang of it . Sunny days are a breeze !

The perfect spot for us, we prefer a more rustic vibe! Was so nice out on the balcony and listening to the birds. Great facilities and breakfast options provided too. A great stay!

Nothing - I think it's just important to note that the house is underneath the owners (I totally didn't realise that even after reading reviews). While that wasn't an issue for us, its something I probably would have avoided when looking at spots.

a wonderful private hideaway up in the bush with nice views. included everything we needed, even breakfast ingredients which was a thoughtful touch. Awesome hearing the birdlife

..not a problem for us but there are a lot of steps up to the property which we were aware of first. As long as you are prepared and physically able it's not an issue.

Very well equipped, very spacious and clean. Elevated, with large deck, lovely views over the treetops and nice and quiet. Good cotton bed linen. Nice breakfast provided which was a bonus. Very good value for money. Although a traditional property, it’s a little tired and would benefit a from a bit of an update.

NIcely warm and cosy place with harbour views. I can say the host puts a lot of effort to make the place as welcoming as possible. Cereals, breads and eggs were provided along with your basic necessities. I cam in on a bad weather and forgot to bring my umbrella but Trish kindly let me have theirs.

Beautiful location up away from the road surrounded by trees and with lovely views across the island. wonderful spacious deck with table / chairs / bbq. Well equipped with simple breakfast and basic amenities provided. Comfy bed.

The wifi wasn’t great unfortunately, of the two networks we could access (2g and 5g). it wouldn’t reach to the bedroom and would cut out regularly. Couldn’t get the chromecast to work. BBQ could do with a bit of TLC and one of the bedroom windows doesn’t have a blind. (little things in the grand scheme so didn’t spoil a lovely stay)

Good location, good kitchen utensils, nice balcony.

Property and bedding smelt very musty and some of the furnishings looked very tired, there was also a strong smell of cat poo from behind the kitchen sink outside door. As others have said this property is not accessible as you need to walk up steep stairs to get to the property.

Food provided was decent, the house was very cute, cozy, and was exactly as described.

The path to the house was steep and a bit tough with luggage, would have appreciated a bit more warning about that in the initial page for the booking.

Enjoyed our stay at Palm Heights, this little hidden gem tucked away in the beautiful bush on the hillside... literally. Has a great deck area for summer bbqs and to top it off pet friendly. The peace and quiet was exactly what we needed, lovely Hosts.

Hillside steps could do with some TLC or be replaced in some areas, be reasonably fit and travel light. Bit of a trek from roadside carpark. And only other thing would be deck pathway leading to the front door, no railing.
