The room we booked was perfect for the weekend while attending a major sporting event where we needed a comfortable setting whilst not competing, reasonably quiet and handy location to the event and the city eateries. The room was clean and tidy, kitchenette facility and required items such as cutlery, plates cups etc including microwave, toaster and jug all excellent. The bathroom was excellent with a spacious shower with adjustable shower head. The bed was very comfortable. Check in process was smooth and simple, Excellent value for money.

Nothing to mention here whatsoever.

This property was a great find and we were lucky to snag last minute availability over a very busy time. Location is great, with a cafe just a few steps away from our room, Supermarket & Restaurants are also just a few minutes walk away. Our Room This and vicinity were very nice and tidy & Our rooms were serviced daily. Staff were fantastic!

We did stay for 4 nights so the only downfall was there was no laundry space access to us on the premesis, but easily fixed with a short trip to a laundromat close by. Thank you for a great stay!

I liked that it was clean, Comfortable. Had all the basics you get at most places. I felt like i got value for $$ I paid. Being in our senior years we were happy we had a room on the groundfloor.

We arrived just as reception was closing for the day. We had not worked out what to do if there was no one at reception. Leaving a key out or letting us know what number was our room would have been helpful

Peaceful and quiet. Clean and tidy. Great TV viewing options.

Informed 2 hours prior via email that our booking was under threat of being cancelled (I was in transit at the time) because of a credit card malfunction. It would have been sorted in 5 minutes via phone call.

Walking distance to shops (including New World and Countdown) and fantastic dining areas. The rooms were well presented and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Communication prior to arriving was also very great, responding to my queries even at odd times in the night!

Our room had a small kitchen bench that didn’t have enough space or power inlets to let you use the microwave, toaster and kettle at the same time. Also didn’t have enough dining chairs for the number of guests booked.

The staff were prepared and friendly. The 2brm apartment we booked was spacious, warm, tidy, and comfortable. TV was Netflix connected which we appreciated. We didn't cook in the kitchenette which had a stove. We did use the microwave. Well stocked with standard motel tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

There was no fan in the bathroom, though it did have a duct in the ceiling. It isn't modern and the decor looks tired but it was okay for the night we were there.

Eveerything was great from staying and the facilities. The beds was comfortable and clean Showers toilets were tidy and awesome shower pressure

The wifi was extremely slow for using via laptop to respond to emails etc. The shows on netflix was slow from the slow internet SKY TV like sports etc would be great to have in the rooms

a group of golfers so the space and number of beds were perfect. Space for meals and relaxing. Just what was needed.

This motel offers a lot and for a great price! Super comfy bed with electric blanket. Very clean. Welcoming and friendly staff. Shops and cafes close by . Cool rooms with NZ tourist destination themes. Recommended 💯

We arrived later than expected, and the young lady at the office was so nice. It was easy to get everything sorted and to get our room keys. We had a family room, which was fantastic, very clean and spacious, we also liked that it was close to everything, town, shops etc.
