Great location, close to The Plaza Mall. The spacious room and the spa bath are the things I like the most.

We were happy with the location, walking distance to shopping mall and other places to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. We choose not to use the room service as we were only there 2 nights and had a baby sleeping they gave us fresh towels and took the rubbish etc which was great.

Bed wasn't large or particularly comfortable but as we only stay two nights it was ok.

Great location and clean and tidy room with very good facilities.

Due to the location (which was great) there was a lot of road noise throughout the night. This was in no way the hotels fault and potentially the only way to rectify that would be to sound proof all the rooms which is probably not feasible. This was the only negative to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Ground floor room for access was great, spa bath excellent and shower had good pressure without spraying everywhere

The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable, but that is not unexpected for a single night stay. If staying longer would have brought our own pillows or asked for extras.

Room was well appointed, clean, tidy and worked well for our family. Shower in particular was luxe. Value for money was apparent with all requirements catered for. Staff were involved and responsive without being intrusive.

There was no negative aspect about our stay.

The room and motel in general was actually significantly better than the photos. We were so happy the kids could go upstairs to watch TV and give us a bit of peace and quiet.

Nothing 😁 double bed was a bit small (we have a king) but my husband is 6ft3 so I say it's his own fault.

Location is Ideal as I could walk to town. A clean room with plenty of space. The staff were nice and friendly.

The group of school kids bouncing ball on top floor at 6.30 and screaming as they played catch in the carpark at 7am. Large groups should be reminded at checking to keep quiet or pay for others accomodation. The sun shines through the window above the door at dawn maybe reposition the bed or put curtain over it and I don't understand why the single was never made during servicing. Oh and the iron needs cleaning

I thought I had booked a room with a spa bath, but our room didn't even have a normal bath, although it did have a shower with do door, very breezey! It's just a small quibble but there was no earl grey tea sachets, or sweetener, which is the norm these days. No art, very bare.

After a long drive from Taranaki and not planning to stay in Palmy, Booked online last minute. My daughter and I Checked in at 10pm and checked out at 6.30am. Heaps of parking onsite, and no traffic noise. Was very clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and clean and bonus was electric blankets.

The room was clean. A VERY GOOD SIZE. The bed was king size and comfortable. The TV was a good size. Watched the All BLACKS game. The staff in the office was friendly and very helpful. The location of the motel was close to town and shops.

Though i know it cant be helped but the parking space was a little tight especially when you have big cars parked in them. The staff let me park in a spare space further down. Get guests to park straight and not on an angel so as to leave room for other cars.
