That the owner upgraded our room after my previous review expressing that I was not happy about the Studio which was a very small room with a bowl for a sink to wash your dishes, a small TV, and if I'd known that this accommodation housed transitional/emergency housing tenants I would not have booked a room. However, the owner clarified that they do not accommodate transitional/emergency housing. The owner followed up with us the morning we checked out to see if we were satisfied with our stay. And it was much better in the larger room with seperate kitchen.

There wasn't anything we didn't like this time.

Clean tidy rooms with everything I needed. Just around the corner from Ozanam House and down the road from the hospital made it the perfect location. Good size, comfy bed and it was great having a desk as well as a little patio out the back with a table and chairs. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The only downside was no sink for washing dishes (have to use the bathroom) and there was a knock in the pipes when using hot water.

It was convenient to where I needed to be and sufficient for what I required. Reception people friendly and helpful.

Slightly noisy neighbours arrived with door banging etc however realise that's what happens when you're not at home - some people just do not think about the sounds they are making and it can happen everywhere and anywhere! It wasn't excessive noise and it was for a short period of time.

We really enjoyed staying at Aztec Motel. Damon is super friendly and knowledgable about Palmy. The motel's location is quite central in that it's a quick drive into the centre of town. There's a great fish n chips place just up from the motel too. No problems with parking and there's a coin laundry room if you need it. The room was super clean and it was spacious with everything that you need. The pool / outdoor Picnic area is neat, but we couldn't make use of it because it was raining during our whole stay.

We loved our stay here! Place was clean and tidy (although felt a bit dated) but the staff were so lovely it made up for it! Unfortunately we did have some annoying farmers in the room next to us who kept taking our park but that wasn't the motels fault. Room was perfect for us with our new bubba and toddler :) Location was great with a fantastic cafe next door

Lovely spacious motel, clean and tidy and close to the hospital if needed. A drive to get to the town square. Mobil petrol station is just across the road if you need any extras. We booked a room with two beds and there is a microwave, toaster and jug, so easy for making simple things. Nice little touch with bikkies, peppermints and orange juice sachets along with tea and coffee. I'd highly recommend and will return.

It is a lovely motel with great owners/staff. Easy access around the city with a couple of great coffee shops within walking distance. My six-year-old loved the pool, trampoline and grassy space for play. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, in the sun, and watching the kids play.

Very spacious, had a very comfortable beds. Customer service was very good as they allowed us to come in an hour before actual check in time.

The shower head could use a bit of cleaning or an entire upgrade. The heater/fan aircon unit was not working so was a bit cold in the night time.

Not a biggie But couldn't change the height of the shower head. Also nothing to hold on. My partner not great on his legs and felt a bit uneasy in shower with nothing to hold on. Wouldn't stop me staying there though but just a thought for older people staying.

This was the first time my kids got to experience sleeping in a motel and they loved it, it had everything that they wanted, which was the swimming pool, we both feel the same way as well. For sure I will booking again and coming with my kids to create more memory being in a motel.

Nothing to complain as there was no fault in staying in this facility as everything was on point.
