Our two bedroom unit was perfect for our family of three, my Husband and I and our teenage Son. It was well-suited and clean. We came to do Xmas shopping and it was all about the location for us with the Plaza being a stone's throw away across the road. We will most definitely stay there again.

bath room was excellent with amazing water pressure . did not use spa as we didn't have time.We have used this property before and we knew it would be great location and very nice place to stay .

Spa was a great way to wind down at the end of the day. Could tilt the TV and watch from the spa. Good location very close to supermarket and good pub.

Beautiful room, so clean and so much space. Excellent location across from the Plaza. Highlight was the room upstairs with the huge spa bath and the bed was massive. Heatpump upstairs and a heater downstairs, TV's in both areas, shower pressure phenomenal and enough hot water to fill the spa and have a shower. Hosts had exceptional communication with us. Great care is taken to ensure visitors are well looked after. Complimentary earplugs to help combat road noise. Will be choosing this motel every time we come to Palmerston North

Clean and tidy. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The spa bath was lovely!!! Room very large. Location to town and the mall very handy. Supermarket 100m walk away. Fantastic!

Nothing against the facilities. there was some very noisy guests in the neighbouring hotel that was up until 4am with their windows open laughing and drinking which meant we didn’t get a very good night sleep. We ended up reaching for the complimentary ear plugs which were a nice touch.

Very clean and awesome location right across from the Plaza and Countdown supermarket, quick walk to BK, McDonalds, Carl's Jnr, KFC and many other food spots. Staff are awesome and great for conversation. Shower has pretty good pressure and Spa bath is huge. I prefer firm beds, but it was still comfy.

First in first served for car parks. Numbered spots would be better and there is a bit of noise from the busy streets below. But neither flaws were enough to ruin our weekend.

Our unit was beautifully clean, very nice decor and spacious. Had everything we needed. Across the road from the Plaza, Countdown and more. So perfectly positioned. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

The only complaint we have is the level of noise, from guests outside our unit, we were in 12 (people chatting at the bottom of the stairs) guests above us in the upstairs unit (sounded like dragging of chairs, thumping??) Contractors woke us up when working in an upstairs unit ( the one closest to main rd) they were using a loud vacume.

Room was very clean and well presented.

I noticed the front door looked as though it had been kicked in. It did work however would go a long way to have it repaired fully so aesthetically it looks tidy. Also we didn't get advised breakfast was required to be ordered before the morning and so we missed it. Although it didn't bother me or my family there is a lot of loud cars racing down the main street which for those looking for a quiet stay would not appreciate.

Absolutely loved the smell of the room when you first walk in. The beds were so comfortable and the having air con in the room made it even better! Absolutely loved how clean and tidy is was. The shower had amazing water pressure and the spa gave us a really great time to relax which was what we needed on our trip too.

The wifi was difficult to connect to at first & when we did connect, it was really slow so we had to use our data most of our stay there. Also, not sure if there was a switch for the fan in the bathroom? Was trying hard to turn the fan off because the sound was a little annoying but wasn’t able to find it. If there was a switch then sorry my bad I didn’t look hard enough.

Plenty of space within the living area of the Unit Master Bed was good size and very comfortable. Great location, walking distance to the Plaza Shopping Mall, many food outlets and Supermarkets

Could do with a fridge which contains a proper freezer, rather than just an icebox as not enough room to keep anything frozen
