Extremely easy check in with plenty of parking. The rooms are solid breeze block so very little noise from neighbours. There was a seperate room in my unit which escaped the outside light. Plenty of space for bags. Shower had adequate pressure, was hot and didn't leak everywhere.

Wifi was patchy and slow. The rooms could use some TLC as they are a bit tired and the bathroom cupboard was missing a door. Cleaning was not brilliant. One of the bins wasn't emptied and there was unknown hair in the shower, although all other parts appeared clean and tidy.

Very welcoming and gave clear instruction due to us arriing late. The room was so clean and spacious, they even kindly turned a heater on for us sot aht it would be warm upon arrival. A full sized fridge and a real oven was a delight to have. The beds were amaizng and I want to go back just for them. The shower pressure was heavenly and was simple to use.

That there was no extraction fan for the bathroom, but there was a window, so the steam still got out.

Room sizes, clothes rack, oven/stove, fridge, storage space, shower water pressure, TV size, bathroom storage space. Free use of washing machine and reasonable dryer charge. Lovely shrubs and trees although the birds pooped on my car. Lol. Not much noise heard from neighbour's units. Fresh towels and teatowels daily

Lighting was really harsh in the main room, no lights or switches close to main bed, or over bench and stove. Quite abit of pet fluff around and door tracks need a clean Laundry was a bit yucky till I swept and tidied it. Spa was out of order

We loved the friendliness of the proprioters the facilities were great and the room was more than we hoped for. Roomy, everything supplied and very clean. Cant wait to go back when its warmer and enjoy the pool. I loved that there was plenty of grass space for our puppies and that there are pet friendly motels available. Well done guys

Location was perfect for us, looking at the property from the outside it could do with a little bit more attention (eg gardens/ weeds etc) as it lets the place down a little bit. Because the actual facilities were great. Large space and great value for money as we are a family of 5 and our space had a lot to offer us. All staff we encountered were so lovely (receptionist and cleaner of our motel room so appreciated both of those ladies very much). Had a warm comfortable stay. Our room was fully equipped with everything we could of possibly needed or wanted.

Just the gardens could do with some attention as it lets the place down a little bit looking from the outside in. Other than that it was a great stay so not much else we didn’t like.

Perfect location. Amazingly quiet even though location is central. Beds were super comfy and we all slept well. Accomodation was roomy and it was a bonus having a full kitchen and fridge. We travelled with our two dogs and so appreciated the well kept and inviting grassy areas. We will definitely stay here again even if not travelling with our dogs. We also loved the easy check in and check out.

My wife need a bit of special care and while I was away at the meeting, the owner or care taker, Lyn, went beyond the call of duty to look after my wife, for that I am very grateful beyond words.Typical Wonderful people of Palmerston north, that's why I still call Palmy home.

No Contact at check in - all done via text. We found a bit unusual but it didn't cause us any issues and seemed to work well

Owners very friendly, great communication and accomodating for my extra traveller. Love staying here and have done so twice now.

The housekeeping would touch my things which didn’t make me feel comfortable or left my windows open which wasn’t good for my security.

Good communication and warm friendly reception. Well presented clean unit with a working simple to use TV! (Unlike so many other motels). Nice spa pool and pool which were working (unlike so many others). I enjoyed my stay
