Great location and an easy walk to local shops, restaurants and take-a-ways. Decent size room, with a functional kitchenette and laundry plus another laundry on the 2nd floor if needed. Very comfortable bed and no noise disturbances. Very polite and happy staff willing to help. I liked the way the main doors locked at 6pm once reception was closed but also easy to use the key to enter the building. I have no problems recommending this hotel

There was nothing I didn't like about the Hotel or staff, would have been nice to have a better view out of my window but the room made up for that. The Hotel had recommendations for food places which was great but no information for transportation.

overall, pretty good experience when I booked the rooms called direct to hotel but was told to book on line which I did though booking .com a month to six weeks before my stay. Was given a booking confirmation but not a tax invoice! when I called was told I couldn't get a taxi invoice until I had checked in Which gave my expenses team fits and complaints? cause I had paid a month before and incurred late payment penalties. Just frustrating at the time AT check out front deck was very helpful and friendly.

Location very central, right next to The Square and excellent shopping malls and shops, supermarket, entertainment, and dining options very close. The room was a reasonable size, well maintained and with good plates/cutlery utensils, good sized fridge, kitchenette bench space and cupboards. All standard items were present. Daily cleaning was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the young woman on the desk on Sunday.

Only two things bothered me - firstly there were no windows that were able to be opened, so no outside air access. Secondly, the room had no full-length mirror, which surprised me. There may be full length mirrors in other rooms, but not in my studio. Otherwise, no other issues at all.

Bed was firm but not hard, wasn't lumpy, pillows were reasonably comfortable. The view was good, looking out over the square, large windows across two walls of the room. Shower was a good size. Small smart tv was good to have. The aircon was a lifesaver as it was extremely warm and humid the night we stayed.

The hand soap dispenser (labelled unrefillable) was empty, we ended up using the provided face soap bar, I'm not sure what the difference is but some liquid hand soap would've been good. The only major issue we had was that at about 7:30 in the morning the air con started leaking icy water, which was particularly unfortunate as the AC unit is installed above the head of the bed.

We booked the Deluxe apartment, it is very spacious. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The staff were lovely too. Great window view of the square and clocktower. Very close to the Plaza mall. Loads of food restaurants near the hotel. Would

The unit comes with washing machine and dryer, but unfortunately the laundry wasn't working. But the staff were great, said they will fix the matter after we checked out.

Location was great, walking distance, car park space was good, sky tv so perfect to watch World Cup 😃

Shower door was faulty- staff were great tried to get a technician in but as it was a weekend couldn’t so had to shower with the glass door open (as it was scraping on the ground and we didn’t want it to smash) wasn’t ideal as we have a toddler so didn’t want her to get stuck in there if it closed. Wifi kept dropping out so ended up turning it off and used our own data.

Central to everything, shops etc. Room was nice and clean, comfortable bedding.

Tried to explain to reception staff member on duty my card had been over charged. I showed confirmation of my email on what it should be but he kept referring to the pricing on his screen which he would not allow me to see. I gave up in the end as he was becoming really aggressive. I got in contact with booking.com to advise I was over charged explained the situation I had with that particular staff member, booking.com got in contact with the hotel and two days later I was contacted by the manager of the hotel confirming I was over charged and a refund for the difference was organised with an apology. Recommend to check credit card transactions upon check-in and check-out (abd during your stay) but overall lovely hotel and friendly apart from that one staff member.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is walking distance to restaurants, plaza, supermarkets and the square. The rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable also options for beautiful views from your rooms. Last but not least, the staff are absolutely amazing. They are helpful, caring and down to Earth. The room and all the facilities were very clean, It was quiet. The hotel was close to restaurants and the venue for our conference. I appreciated being able to have access to secure parking.

A bit more colour would have been nice - even just the cushions on the bed or the print on the wall. The mattress was a little uneven. It was obvious that the shower door had been replaced as there were grooved in the shower floor.

Our room was in a great location, all the windows looked into the back yard and it was such a great bonus during the long weekend and all the noise on the streets at night. Room and all the facilities was extremely clean and tidy. And the bath tub with all the massage options, wow, it was such an amazing thing after a long day in the car.

It might be an option to consider: to give more options with variety of teas (we had only black), but also good to have a green, or a camomile, or peppermint, I mean some other.
