It was a nice quiet get away from all the hussle and bussle of the school holidays, the stay was very nice, i read reviews about the sizing being small but it was the perfect sizing for myself and my partner. Bed was big enough for me and i am 6’1. Their was extra blankets in the cupboard and fresh linen on the bed. Unfortunately only spent the night but would definitely come back for a longer stay, thank you to the host whom i didnt get to meet.

just keep in mind the rooms are pretty close to each other so you can hear the sliding door for the bathroom being opened and closed in the rooms nextdoor but other then that all was splendid

Great value, location, secure parking. Nicely modernised room, warm, which is great for Taupo. The room also included a fan, toaster, tea/coffee and staff offer to wash dishes during your stay. Well maintained property. You can tell that the owners care about their guests.

If I was being particular, the bathroom sliding door had a bit of a gap, so privacy may be a little uncomfortable for some.

Great location walking distance to town centre , easy to find. Safe location Welcome addition of electric blankets and smart TV. Bedroom was very clean

Two dirty plates in our cupboard. Nowhere to wash them and only staying one night. One side of the electric blanket didn't work. Room was cold so my husband suffered Bathroom ceiling and wall lots of dead bugs and dirt Two tea bags weren't enough for two people

I like the style of the building with ample grass for pets and safe parking

I must say the lock box with the key in was super handy. But was quite difficult to read the Numbers at night because I need a touch which reflected off the steel and made it very hard to read, admittedly with my failing eyesight made it all very challenging. I was just glad I wasn’t drunk as well

So new & fresh. The towels were gorgeous! And SO clean and tidy!!

It’s not very well sign posted, so it was a bit hard to find, but we got there in the end. There was instant coffee and Ceylon tea packets, which we appreciated, but when we arrived late at night, we were hoping to find a de-caffeinated herbal tea. Just a little suggestion. :-)

Great communication from staff and the room was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed in terms of crockery and cutlery. Good location near town and fantastic it was pet friendly.

The room was very hot and the single fan didnt do much to cool it down. I imagine there wouldn’t be many days it would be needed but a heat pump that also did AC would have been great.

Great location of the property, walking distance from a lot of attractions and restaurants. We have arrived a few hours before the check in time and the host let us check in straight away as our room was already cleaned which was amazing. The room had everything we needed. Very cleaned as well. We highly recommend, and would book again.

The bed was very soft, some people like it, so not necessarily a bad thing, just not our favourite.

Great for my overnight stay. Very quiet, comfortable. I like a more firm mattress so the bed was great. Appreciated the iron. Not well sign-posted so do read the info in your email! The follow-up text message with lockbox code was helpful for my late arrival. Units are small and there was only one armchair (no couch) in my unit, so would not recommend for couples for more than one night. I would definitely stay again.

Have stayed before. Quiet location, that’s central. Good value for money. Easy to walk to town. Have stayed for running events.

The operation of the TV was complicated. We finally got it going. Unfortunately the programs would freeze every now and then. We ended up using iPad to watch a film

Fantastic location close to everything. Parked the car when we arrived and didn’t need it again! Walking distance to everything!

Room was very compact, but awesome value for money. Neighbours felt very close, but they were lovely so it didn’t matter.
